Buyer beware.
Using the Hotels.com app, I attempted to make a hotel reservation at this hotel. I kept getting error messages from the app and never saw a confirmation, so ended up booking over the phone with a different hotel. Unbeknownst to me until days later when the charge showed up, the app actually did make a reservation without me knowing. The hotel has refused to refund my money even though it was an error on the part of Hotels.com. I will neither use Hotels.com nor this hotel again.

This was the cleanest Ramada I have ever stayed at. The bathroom had no dust, no stains, no water marks from water leaks, etc. The room was very nice and dirt and odor free. It was a pleasure to stay there. The other facilities were just as nice and clean. The breakfast was great.

Overall, I had a nice experience. Initially there was an issue with the water in the shower not getting as hot but went to the front desk and it was addressed immediately. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.
