My family and I had an absolutely incredible stay at Hotel Indigo Bali. This is our second stay at this resort and from the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed, and the experience only got better. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by Arya and the entire Tree Bar Staff. They went above and beyond to made sure everything was perfect. Their attention to detail and their friendly, professional approach truly made our trip memorable. The hotel itself was stunning, with excellent facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Arya and the team to assist you during your visit!

This hotel is absolutely stunning!!! My husband and I travel often and we have our favorite spots, but this place has easily become our #1! Everything is flawless - service, cleanliness, decoration, food variety and quality, convenient location and so on! We cannot recommend this place enough!! Stunning & stylish. Awesome service. Wonderful quiet rooms set at the back of the property. Excellent restaurants, such good food, we barely left the hotel. Loved the DJ set on BBQ night. We have just had a glorious 12 days here & loved it. The staff are friendly & helpful, always smiling. We had read the reviews & this hotel is undoubtedly the best option in Seminyak if not Bali. Used the spa multiple times, the Oceanic massage was my favorite, used both dining options. Our favorite place was Sugarsands with its location & great coffee & food. We had breakfast included which meant you could order as many breakfast dishes & coffee you wanted there. The pool complexes were great. You can scan the QR code & order food & drink options via the hotel website. A big thanks to all the staff who go over & above to please the guests.

Was a great experience from start to finish. Our butler (Rheas) was amazing throughout. Hotel is situated maximum 2 minutes walk across the road to the beach, which has bars and restaurants etc. Hotel cant do enough for you, pleasure to stay there. Will be back.
