The property was well situated near stations and fun places and the air con worked well and the room was a good size. The reception man was nice but incompetent. The bathroom was mouldy. I didnt like how my room was a thorough fair for staff when i wasnt around. They even took my bags when i was away and put them down stairs in recpetion only 2 hours after i had checked in! Without my permission, of course.

Staff was very helpful. They helped us when we have questions about going around Korea. You can borrow a lot things at the office, we borrowed adapter to charge our gadgets. Its free of charge. It was easy check-in and check out. Location was close to transportation and a lot of food places and stores. We felt safe around the area. It felt homey to us like visiting a relative's place. We will surely come back. My only wish is that they should have bigger towel in bathroom.

Guesthouse is located in a very good location as it is surrounded by many shops and thus really convenient. Staff is friendly and approachable, room is clean and cozy. Would be good if room tissue is provided and towels to be changed automatically on a daily basis without special request. Thankyou Cozybox for the nice hospitality!

民宿地点非常好，就在警察局隔壁，非常好找。离梨大地铁站走路也只要五分钟。建议拿大行李的坐机场大巴，来回的路程都是下坡路，所以不必担心会很吃力。（之前有看到说要爬山坡所以很担心）早餐的饭卷分量超大，吃不完。民宿的工作人员非常友善和热心，普通的英文对话绝对没问题。我一时大意把护照遗留在明洞的一间店，她知道后，连忙帮我打电话联络对方，令当时六神无主的我非常窝心。总结来说，以后还会来这里住。也会推荐给亲友们。

Pleasant Little Rooms
Nice clean room. I was comfortable, and there was enough room for my enormous suitcase. Room was quiet, even though the neighborhood is busy. Wi-Fi was excellent. Staff was nice and super helpful. Area is great, partly thanks to the very useful information packet the staff has compiled in multiple languages.

Fantastic staff, great place to stay!
The staff was so extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast was very yummy, and checking in and out was a breeze. The location is very nice also and they go out of their way to give you a whole pdf including directions on how to get there, maps, and suggestions for where to eat and find stores you might need nearby. The only things that made me give less than a perfect 5/5 was the shower (the handheld showerhead had a leak right where it attaches to the hose making it very weak pressure, and they also have a rainfall shower head but it doesn't have much pressure either which is typical of that type of shower) and the hard beds. Beyond those two things everything was impeccable. Well worth the cost!!

Second Visit to This Amazing Guesthouse
As the title, this is my second time to this guesthouse. I came back for the reasonable price, convenient location, cleaned room and bath, wonderful service, and those sweet staffs over there. Definitely will stay there next time also. :)

Super friendly and great location
The room was a nice size, and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for places to eat, the best ways to get around, helped us with our requests. The hotel is well equipped with the ability to do laundry, get good drinking water, free coffee, tea, and traditional Korean treats. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location (next to Edae and Sinchon). Be sure to get your picture taken for the photo wall before you leave!

This is the best that give you everything!
It was a great experience with Cozy Guesthouse. The location is strategic, near to Sincheon and Ehwa Women University. Great place for shopping. It is also near to the subway of Ehwa Women University within walking distance. The room is clean and equipped with everything we need. The ladies who worked there, I presume are very attentive. I stayed there because it is within walking distance to Yonsei Severance Hospital as my mum admitted hospital there. The lady there is kind enough to give me direction and printed out the colour map to guide me on how to go to Yonsei Severance Hospital and Seoul Immigration Office as well. With the price we paid which includes breakfast, the services we got definitely is more than what we expect and beyond the price we have paid. I will definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance to pay a visit to Korea again!

The staffs over there was so friendly and helpful!!! The room (I stayed in the single room) is nice, a comfort bed, enough space to open two luggages at the same time, and a clean bathroom.

위치는 정말 좋고 가격도 너무 저렴한데 청소 상태가 너무 안 좋습니다. 화장실 세면대랑 변기가 마치 한달 정도 사용하지 않은 것처럼 되어 있었어요.위치도 좋고 가격이 저렴해서 또 이용하고 싶지만 너무 더러워서 다시는 못 갈 것 같아요
