Overall it was very comfortable stay, conveniently located near many restaurants and shopping places. Room was spacious considering the price. The best part of staying here was the most helpful and pleasant staffs from front desk to cleaning crews. One of our team members had eye infection during the trip and we called the front desk early in the morning. They researched and got back to us in a short time with the name of nearest ophthalmologist, the detail direction and even their opening time. We were so relieved and had a good outcome. Team ENA suite hotel rocks!

We stayed in the junior suite with the king and queen beds - very comfortable beds and room generally. Good location for the subway and also getting the limousine bus from and to incheon airport.

I don't think we could've picked a better hotel for the price and location. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when calling taxis for us. Every day they gave us new towels and a roll of toilet paper which got quite funny and made me and my friends laugh. We did not use all the toilet paper but the gesture was appreciated. (Also, indoor slippers for each day!! Loved it. Instantly chamred.) There was some construction going on unfortunately nearby in the mornings but I know that is out of their control. Around the area there are lots of food options and shops. The lotte mall is a short walk away, as well as many public transit options. This place is very foreigner and English-speaking friendly. I would recommend this place for first time visitors!

Friendly staff in a very convenient and central location of the City Hall / downtown area of Seoul. Walking distance to many of the historic landmarks in the city, such as the various palaces, Namdaemun Market and Namsan (all of which are a must go!). Lots of great food options nearby. The hotel was overall quite clean. The con was that there is active construction down the street, and there was a constant noise of construction (drilling, hammering, etc.) at all hours of the day. This makes it difficult to relax in the hotel room during the day, if that is important to you. Perhaps your stay would be quieter if your room did not face the construction (unlike ours). Ultimately, this is not the hotel's fault, but it would be nice to know of this construction ahead of time.

Thanks for the wonderful stay. The location is great and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to local markets and public transit. There was some loud construction happening outside the hotel which was disruptive but this was not the fault of the hotel and fortunately they were able to accommodate a room switch mid-way through our 10 night stay. Thanks again.
