I liked this place, it was a big hotel and the rooms were nice. The staff was ok, they speak English well so that’s really helpful. The bathrooms in the lobby were really dirty. The place around the hotel was very crowded and noisy. There is a metro station crossing the street. Also, there are a lot of places to eat and shop around. The hotel is next door to a shopping mall so there are a lot of places to go inside it. There is an Olive Young (Korean beauty store) next door, so that’s really convenient. I liked the hotel but I don’t think it is close to a lot of important places but the transportation options being close are good.

Terrible internet connection. Hotel has a disco/bar on the third floor and the street behind the hotel has all night loud music. Impossible to sleep quietly. No swimwear allowed in the sauna, terrible rude comments.

The night club downstairs goes around all night, loud music all night long till 5AM, couldn’t sleep at all. Had to check out after first night. Sound was just horrible. Luckily they refunded without any problem. Noise nuisance was beyond imagination. They have nice roof top pool area. It’s clean and nice hotel, but it’s old facility so you could smell cigarettes smell even if it’s not allowed smoking now, it used to be allowed so the smell is still kind of there. If you are very sensitive about the smell, maybe it’s not the best place to visit. And Itaewon is no longer the same Itaewon you used to know, the area vibes are quite different than it used to.

Very clean and good public transportation. Noisy night life on Friday and Saturday night. Ear plugs provided, thankfully exhausted so was able to get sleep. Crowd left around 5 AM so it was a long night.
