Was here for a business trip in gangnam..hotel is clean, staff friendly, nearby got train station about 5 mins walk. Many convenient store nearby. BBQ restaurant nearby, cafes, bagel store. Two stations and its gangnam shopping district. Will definitely comeback. Not forgetting as I’m particular with cleanliness. Hotel is clean and comfortable for me.

Hotel itself, I would give it a perfect score basically. Cleanliness, friendliness/helpfulness of staff, accomodations, and price were all perfect. It is a bit of a walk from the station, about 8 minutes with a hill.

Nice comfy room with a huge bathtub and city view. Nice heated rooftop pool was a plus. The Staff was pro and friendly. We called the front desk and ghey quickly brought an iron to our room and extra towels as well. I highly recommend !

It was very nice place. Great service and help at reception when you asked. Pretty good level of English communication. Only one thing I would change to make the stay more environmental friendly is supply of the shampoo/shower gel. It comes in mini containers and if you are staying for 2 weeks it is lot of plastic especially with humidity and frequent showers. So possibly installing bigger bottles would make it easier for cleaners and environment. Great swimming pool at the rooftop - possibly morning hours could be sooner so you can have swim before your day, and lovely little gym available is always a plus benefit. Def recommend this place, great location as well to travel anywhere even to airport etc.

Amazing service. The staff were super kind friendly and polite. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. It’s really value for money and the location is excellent with lots of yummy food and nice cafes nearby and the train station is within walking distance.

Very close to line 2, great for getting around, staff was really helpful, room was kept in great condition, the place is a bit hard to find the first time, but very close to Yeoksam station.

Seems like a hotel that was built with bigger visions, however, it looks unkept and drab. Large stains on some furniture, and bath tub had black gunk. The service was so-so, and not overly helpful. They management seems stingy, as when we asked for an additional towel or pillow, a deposit was repeatedly brought up.

Poor service. battery in remote is dead . I asked front desk for batteries, young guy ask me to bring him the remote. Poor management . They should have maintenance replace and not have guest bring the remote to front desk to replace battery . Safe was not reset and had no instructions.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Grammos. We had a family room for 10 nights and the room was super! It contained a mini pool and a private family sauna! The staff at the hotel were very helpful and added to the enjoyment of our holiday. A short walk to the subway, we managed to explore a huge area of Seoul. We would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

Stay was good with helpful staff, great location in Gangnam. However the first night, I was bitten by bedbugs and had to request staff to change the bedding and clean the room. Besides this, stay was pleasant.
