初めての滞在だったので不安だったけれど、スタッフの方がとても迅速な対応で商業施設の場所や空港までの最短ルートなどを日本語で丁寧に説明してくださったのがとても良かった。清掃は完璧でルームも含むホテル全体が清潔だった。駅から近く、人気のカフェもやコンビニなど歩いて行ける距離にあったので便利だった。コンセントの変換機を購入する必要なく貸してもらえるのは魅力的でした。次回もここに泊まりたいと思いました。
