-Poor customer service. when arrived on first day, We were met with a cold reception. Receptionists did not greet us, smile or appeared friendly when doing check-in for our stay.
-The toilet was positioned at a very awkward spot, sitting right next to the washing basin with little to no leg room available. Every time we need to use the toilet, we would need to sit diagonally to avoid hitting our legs against washing basin. Making it very uncomfortable. On top of that, also raising hygienic issues with the close proximity between washing basin and toilet bowl.
-The cleaning staffs were also not attentive enough, occasionally leaving behind dirty sponge and cleaning tools laying around. Towards the end of our stay, we noticed our amenity supplies were not replenished every time. During the first week, we received two complimentary bottles of water daily and 2 rolls of toilet papers. When it got to the second week we only got 1 water bottle and toilet paper was only replaced when it was running low. The cleaning staffs were also giving us judgemental looks, did not appeared friendly at all when we occasionally bumped into them in the hallway.
-Every time, we leave the hotel to go out, the front desks staffs rarely greet or acknowledges us even though we were the only clients at the time.
-Overall I reckon the hotel staffs, should really work on their customer service skills, as they work in hospitality and that's the most basic service they should be providing.
