Got the room with the kitchenette. Well equiped with pots, pans, rice cooker, microwave, coffee machine, and water dispenser. Used it to cook instant noodle. Comes with in room washing machine and detergent. The room is very spacious with a king size bed. Took the k limousine from incheon airport and it was less then 10 min walk. 5 min walk from the subway station. Lots of shopping close by as well.

so comfortable and spacious!
my family and I stayed at this hotel after a long trip abroad and it was by far the most comfortable place we stayed at on our trip. we stayed in a residence which was very spacious and gave us enough space for our luggage and the toddler on our trip had enough space to play in the room. the place had lots of counter space in the bathroom. so spacious for a place in seoul. my only gripes would be the bathroom door was glass and opened directly to the beds which made it difficult for us to sleep if anyone was in the bathroom. additionally the couch was a bit dirty but otherwise everything was very clean, we loved the filtered water dispenser, and beds were so comfortable. it was also very close to the dongdaemun train station which connects you to multiple lines and makes it fast and easy to get around the city!

Very spacious room. We got a Residence room for 3 people. We had 3 twin beds, kitchenette, and large bathrooms. Beautiful hotel. But the surrounding neighborhood is older and more run down.

This hotel provided for all our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The athletic facilities are clean and well-appointed. We especially enjoyed the cafe on the main floor where we could sit outside and enjoy our coffee.

Great value for money especially if you buy breakfasts as well. The food was exceptional. In our room there were a washing machine, microwave, electric water purifier and a stove as well as other standard facilities such as fridge etc. Rooms were nicely cleaned. Thank you.

We have stayed twice at this hotel this year. Although we have never received any room upgrade as part of our benefit as Expedia VIP, it is still a good hotel. Hopefully next time.. at least give us an executive lounge access if we already booked biggest room available.

Lifts are alittle confusing and rooms were slightly small - not much was given and I didn’t have even hand wash in my room! The space planning of this hotel was not very thought out either. Have to walk through the reception to get to the swimming pool and gym areas so you get a lot guests walking in their robes through the lobby. Can’t get a drink at the poolside. Breakfast was nothing special but still tasty. Reception staff were very polite and also gave me an extra hour late check out.
