It can only be booked by guests who are in transit on international flights from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Guests must not clear immigration as the hotel is located inside the terminal of Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Rooms can only be purchased for 6- or 12-hour stays. Guests are required to present their connecting or international flight's boarding pass at check-in. Please note that the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and Low Cost Carrier Terminal (KLIA2) are not connected. Checked-in luggage cannot be retrieved if staying at the transit hotel.

Avoid. Stay at another local hotel
Misleading from the beginning. I never got to check in, so Im surprised they want my review. I missed my flight out of KL due to poor traffic and rebooked for an early international flight the next morning. So I booked a room not knowing I couldnt use it without checking my suitcase in. Unless you are in transit or can check your bag in, its not of much use.
