We were disappointed that the restaurant and bar were closed. Sepulveda was quiet which was surprising for the time of year so rather spoiled the visit

Amazing customer service!
Very friendly owners! They go above and beyond to help with anything. We ordered sangria, which they don’t have made but she quickly went to the back and made us some. I asked if she had any snacks and she went and made something just for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! Also an amazing view from our room ( picture shown)

Great Hotel
This hotel is in a good location, a bit of an uphill walk to the town centre, but a few minutes and you are there. Parking easy, roadside outside the front of the hotel. Very warm welcome and service by the owners/staff & access at all times with key pad. The hotel restaurant was closed when we stayed, so we walked up into town, but all restaurants there closed after "lunch" around 6pm and did not open until 9pm. However, there were bars open for drinks and local shop for snacks.

Cuando llegué, una señora, amable eso sí, lo primero que hizo fue cobrarme y luego me acompaño a la habitación. Una vez en la habitación veo que hay un mini ventilador de aire; le pregunto a que se debe; y es SÓLO en ese acondicionado NO FUNCIONA! Insisto, es una vez que me ha cobrado, SIN ADVERTIRME NADA, QUE ME DICE QUE EL AIRE ACONCIONADO ESTA ESTROPEADO hasta el lunes. Creo que antes de cobrar ese "pequeño detalle", un 25 de julio, en plena ola de calor, debió ser advertido. Yo también tengo un negocio y por ética, jamás haría algo así, sino que avisaría de mi problema al cliente y que fuese el cliente que elija si quiere o no la estancia sin aire acondicionado, a mi NO SE M,E DIO ESA OPCION

Hotel sencillo pero agradable.
Todo perfecto, cama cómoda, instalaciones limpias y los propietarios muy amables, el único pero por decir algo sería que al ser una época de poca clientela la calefacción estaba apagada pero si había una estufa.

Es un hotel muy cómodo porque está a poca distancia del centro, puedes ir dando un paseo y te evitas los problemas de aparcamiento. La atención, servicio y limpieza son excelentes.

Me pareció en principio un sitio bastante bueno ya habíamos estado anteriormente para comer y ya nos pareció bastante bien pues la señora q lleva el hotel es encantadora, todo muy limpio y yo me sentí bastante segura con esto de la Covid-19
