Lovingly renovated with respect for its authentic French character, the villa is also fully equipped with modern comforts such as Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dishwasher, and television.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and features 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor:

Charlotte sits on a beautiful private estate of over 4 hectares, partly fenced and featuring a well-maintained garden. The large covered terrace seats 12 and offers the perfect setting for long summer dinners with stunning views of the surrounding hills and greenery.
The south-facing pool (5 x 12 meters) uses saltwater filtration and is secured with an alarm system for peace of mind. It’s surrounded by a generous 80 m² terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day long – and soak up that unforgettable view.
To ensure everything stays in top condition, the gardener and pool maintenance team visit every Friday.
