Sesimbra is located 30 kilometers away from Lisbon and Setúbal, has an Atlantic coastline of more than 40 kilometers, from Lagoa de Albufeira, passing through the extensive sandy beaches of Meco, Cabo Espichel and its cliffs, to Serra da Arrábida.

In the municipality of Sesimbra you can enjoy a wide range of beaches, such as Moinho de Baixo beach in Aldeia do Meco, Praia do Ribeiro de Cavalo (considered the Portuguese Caribbean because of the color of its sea) and the beaches of the bay of Sesimbra.

Schöne Lage, aber nicht mehr.
Das Appartement hat eine gute zentrale Lage, Strand, Altstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Mit einem Fahrstuhl im gegenüberliegenden Parkhaus kommt man an den Strand. Leider ist die Betonwand des Parkhauses auch der Ausblick von der Terrasse aus (aber das ist auf den Bildern ersichtlich). Im Apartment kommt man über eine schmale Wendeltreppe in die erste Etage, die Treppe ist so schmal, dass ein großer Koffer nicht hochgetragen werden konnte. Im ersten OG ist ein Elternschlafzimmer mit schönem Ausblick auf die Bucht und ein kleines Kinderschlafzimmer ohne Fenster und ohne Tür. Die beiden Badezimmer sind neu und modern. Im OG ist es sehr klein, dort regnete es rein als die drüber liegende Terrasse gereinigt wurde. Ein Anruf bei der Verwaltung und sofort wurde das Bad trockengelegt und gereinigt. Die letzten beiden Tage hat dieses Bad so gestunken, dass es nicht mehr nutzbar war.
