Very Cozy

Our family needed a getaway for Christmas. This cozy cabin was perfect. Located just minutes from everything. Heather communicated very well. Answered any questions I had. Everything was nice and clean. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable. Our boys loved have their own floor. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome cabin

All the information we needed for our stay was given in advance. We walked into the beautiful cabin and everything was just as you see in the pictures. Our 3 kids slept on the lower floor with plenty of room for more kids if you have them. Couldnt figure out the air hockey table (there is a switch on the left side if your back is to the fireplace), but the host helped and the kids loved it. Nice location near plenty. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice little cabin, conveniently located!

Our family (two adults + two teens) stayed here for two nights, and enjoyed our stay. Some highlights: It was conveniently located, on about 5 minutes off Parkway, so we were able to stop in for a small break before heading back out. It was very clean. This is always an important factor for us, and it didn’t disappoint. Wifi was very stable! We very rarely stay anywhere that doesn’t have issues, especially in the mountains. Many people enjoy vacations off the grid, and wifi is usually a secondary concern, but it’s still nice to be able to plan where to go for fun and eat. The host was very friendly and communicative, and was already addressing an issue with the hot tub before we even arrived. The only thing to keep in mind is that, while it allows up to 8 guests, it’s definitely a smaller cabin, with only one true bedroom, and the master bath is shared on the main level. One king bed is in an open loft (no shower, tub only), and two queen bunks are in the open basement area (with a door from the main level). But for our family of 4, it was perfect. Highly recommended for a smaller family, if you’re looking for something conveniently located.

We arrived last Saturday a little early and Heather allowed us to check in early. It was a couples spot. The place was as described in listing. Heather was very attentive to all correspondence with us. The place was very well appointed with all the necessities. They had it all. We loved the location to Smoky Mountains Park and everything in between. Three levels of pure peace and quite but yet just literally minutes to everything. Reunion in the Smoky Mountains

Selected this house because of the high scores on each review and it didnt disappoint. Heather did a great job of keeping us updated on things prior to and during our stay. The property was excellent for our crew of 7. Also, the proximity to the Pigeon Forge strip was the best we have ever had for a visit to this area- literally just a few minutes to everything- outlet mall, mountain coaster, putt putt, zip lines, restaurants, etc. So it was the perfect home base. One thing we appreciated and used more than others was the community pool. On a Holiday week, it seemed we had it to ourselves and it is literally a minute's walk from the house. We really had a great vacation and the home was perfect.

Fantastic cabin!!!

Perfect size for our family of six plus 2 dogs!! The cabin was really clean and had everything we needed. It was a 5 minute drive to the main road so easy to get to all of the activities and shopping. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Super easy to contact. Overall, fantastic family cabin. This was truly a FIVE-STAR VACATION rental! Our family spent a great vacation week in the Cozy Corner Cabin hosted by Heather & Brian during the week preceding Memorial Day, 2024. We had privacy but also proximity to Dollywood and the TN national park system. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners on the porch, which overlooked beautiful vistas. The cabin was very comfortable, well-stocked with all the necessary amenities and equipped with a hot tub, all of which our family of five appreciated and enjoyed. Take my word, this is the cabin you need to book!!

Location, parking, cabin amenities, cleanliness, communication, I can’t pick a single thing that didn’t meet our expectations. The cabin was so easy to get too. GPS took us right to it (which in the past with cabin rentals, has not been the experience) but the owners gave directions that were simple to follow as well. The location made it nice to just run out really quick and not spend all day driving, few minutes and your at grocery stores, cute shops and even the larger spots to site see. Great location to escape the busy day to day. Clean! Clean! Clean! The cabin had such a cozy aesthetic and was so clean. The kitchen was so well stocked with all your cooking needs, the supply of kitchen and toiletries, made the panic of “man I forgot__” a little more bearable. The BEST SLEEP you will ever get on vacation. Now look I wouldn’t even begin to say such a statement if I truly didn’t believe it. Of all the vacation homes we have ever rented over the years, this cabin, HANDS DOWN, had the best mattresses. Every morning we woke up so refreshed. Not just the master bedrooms either, all the beds were so comfortable and the bedding was high quality and comfortable. The double bunks, separate bathroom and gaming area gave our boys a great place to hang out. The games were so much fun for family game night. The entire floor was so welcoming and a cool hang out spot. This cabin has it all. Take my word, this is the rental you have been looking for.

Nice weekend getaway

The cabin is conveniently located to many great attractions. It feels like you are far from the beaten path, but will be in the the midst of the areas many offerings within a couple of minutes. The house is nice, well maintained, and cozy. The size and layout was great for our group (two couples with their pre-teen children). The upstairs loft ensuite was great with a large whirlpool tub, as well as the large bunk beds downstairs for the kids. The ground floor bedroom is private and opens to hot tub. All beds were very comfortable. We had absolutely no trouble checking in or out. Great hosts!

We had a very nice time. The owners were super nice and very fast with all responses and helping with any issues. We had a little issue with cleanliness, but they took care of it, and even refunded our cleaning fee. This place is very nice and well taken care of. We highly recommend just for how well the owners manage the property. Amongst all the other things, but they are probably the best I have ever rented from. Thank you

Nice/clean cabin; good family vacation

We enjoyed our three night stay at this cabin. Heather was terrific with communication. Check in and check out process was a breeze. Cabin is in a nice spot - not too close to the the city. Plenty of parking space for 3 cars was nice. Amenities in the cabin were great. Well stocked kitchen. Nice TVs throughout the house. Super fast internet. My daughters loved the downstairs area with bunk beds and air hockey table. Only real complaint was the lighting in the kitchen is pretty dim which made cooking a bit challenging. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others for a small family (more than 6 people would be pretty tight) vacation!
