The view isn’t what the website shows. Trees are very overgrown. The driveway is terrible. The worst part was sleeping situation. Downstairs was so cold and mattress was thin and extremely firm. No curtains or blinds on any windows throughout cabin. Upstairs bedroom is in a wide open loft. Zero privacy. Mattress was uncomfortable and it was too hot to sleep upstairs. We didn’t get much sleep the entire weekend due to sleeping arrangements. Will not stay here again. Only positive is its proximity to Pigeon Forge and Townsend without all the traffic.

Mtn cabin In Tennessee

The house was Ok! I leaned on the back rail of the porch to get service for my phone and the rails weren't put on properly and I fell back and hit my head on the ground and bob wire was on it as well and I have very bad cuts on my arm where the wire wrapped around it and it's the only thang that stopped me from going down the mountain that the house was built into...I have pictures and sent the pics to the house manager and have not gotten a call for a sorry or how are u doing now !! I am writing this to u so it will not happen to a child ...thank God it was not one of the 3 of my children!!!

We were charged for a broken door that was broken when we arrived. No communication about it was sent to us before they charged. Do not recommend people who charge you for things that you didn’t do

Overall we thought the location was great the view was really nice..

The only complaint was the hot tub we had to film up at least 3 times. One of the keys didn’t work the light didn’t work and we believe it was leaking pretty good so we were unable to enjoy it on our last night due to it had leaked out so much. We had turned the breaker off to prevent it causing any damage. I had called to let them know. Other then that we really enjoyed and now are planing to move to that area..

Family Getaway

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Aleska. We saw a total of 8 bears in our trip, two of which were on the front porch of the cabin! The pool was a huge bonus for our kids, and the views couldn’t be beat!

The cabin itself was nice. Besides both decks feeling like they were slanting down the mountain. Poor lighting and not really anywhere to hang cloths. The most challenging part was the climb up the mountain to get there and the narrow driveway. I have a Ford Edge and it was a pain to turn around. If you or anyone with you are afraid of heights I would not recommend this resort.

Birthday Weekend Getaway

Stayed here for a long weekend trip with 4 total guests and this cabin was perfect for us! It had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the board games provided, Pac Man machine, and hot tub! We had enough cell phone service to make texts and calls if needed. Would definitely stay again!

Loved the cabin!

Great space for a family of 5! Extra linens, plenty of towels & blankets. Loved 2.5 bathrooms & hot tub. Kitchen was stocked & dishwasher was helpful. Great views from the deck. We did have to cut our vacation short with an evacuation from wildfire- hopefully the cabin will be fine!

Nice secluded cabin

There are other cabins nearby but the cabin is quietly tucked away from the main town, yet an easy drive when entertainment is desired. We will definitely return.

Great cozy cabin

Loved everything about this cozy little cabin, but I did had to wash the pots, plates, utensils and cups before we started using them because they were dirty in the cabinets. It’s definitely not the owners fault but someone has to double check on that better before new people arrive.
