[SECURITY DEPOSIT]
➣A security damage deposit of $300.00 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 4 days before check-in
➣This is a hold on the credit card and will be released 2 days after checkout
➣If the credit card charge fails then the guest has 1 day to provide another form of payment before the reservation is cancelled
[RENTAL AGREEMENT]
➣A Rental Agreement will be sent for signature after booking.
➣Failure to sign the Rental Agreement will be result in cancellation of the booking
[CANCELLATION POLICY]
➣Our cancellation policy is as follows:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

[Construction]

➣Sometimes the construction can start at 7am and end at 7pm, sometimes they might work on Saturday

Conveniently situated just 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge, 35 minutes from the renowned Dollywood, and 40 minutes from the bustling town of Gatlinburg, Hikers Lodge allows you to easily explore the best attractions the region has to offer. Moreover, nature enthusiasts will appreciate being only 30 minutes away from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, a haven for outdoor adventures and breathtaking scenery.

As a guest at Hikers Lodge, you'll enjoy complimentary access to the Honey Suckle Meadows pool.
The cabin owners have thoughtfully paid for an annual subscription, providing you with a fantastic pool experience just a quick 5-minute drive away.
The pool is open between May and September (10am-6pm), allowing you to cool off and relax in style during the warm months.
[Main Level]
The main level of the cabin offers a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa, ideal for relaxation after a day of exploration. There's also a full bathroom for your convenience, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely patio where you can savor your morning coffee while basking in the mountain views.
[Lower Level]
Head down to the lower level, where you'll find a comfortable bedroom with a luxurious King-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The lower level also features another full bathroom, laundry facilities, and an enticing patio with a hot tub, providing the perfect spot to unwind under the stars.
[Hot Tub]
The hot tub on the lower level deck accommodates up to four people, offering a serene sanctuary for relaxation. To ensure cleanliness and safety, it is drained, cleaned, and refilled with fresh water after each guest, and bromine tablets are added to the water. Please note that due to this thorough maintenance process, the hot tub may not be fully heated upon your arrival.
[Bedroom & Sleeping Arrangements]
The cabin boasts a spacious bedroom with a luxurious King bed, complete with high-quality linens for your comfort. You'll also find a 55-inch flat-screen TV for entertainment. For additional guests, the living room provides a queen-size sleeper sofa.
[Bathrooms]
Both full bathrooms in the cabin feature tub-shower combos, and to add a touch of luxury, whirlpool Jacuzzi tubs are provided in each of them. Linens, including bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels, are thoughtfully provided for your stay.
[Living Room]
Unwind by the warmth of the electric fireplace in the living room while enjoying the latest shows and movies on the 55-inch flat-screen TV. Ample seating ensures that everyone can gather comfortably.
[Kitchen & Dining]
The fully loaded kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for your culinary endeavors, including cooking utensils, dishes, pots, pans, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and more. You'll find a dining table that comfortably seats four, and for those who enjoy grilling, a charcoal grill is available outside, with grilling utensils provided (charcoal not included, but easily purchasable in local grocery stores).

➣Your four-legged companions are more than welcome to join you on your Smoky Mountain getaway (please consider this if you do not have pets or in case you have allergies).
➣We charge a pet fee of $100 per stay regardless of the number of pets you are bringing.
➣You will need to enter the number of pets to the guest list so that the nightly price can be adjusted accordingly.
➣If you bring a pet without adding them to the guest list then we will assess the pet fee
➣Dogs that are left unattended MUST be crated
