Beautiful mountain views without having to drive up steep or narrow roads. A very romantic and cozy cabin, perfect for couples and honeymooners, anniversary celebrations, or for a small family getaway to the mountains. Can sleep up to 6 very comfortably. There is a King bed in the main level bedroom, a Queen bed in the upstairs loft, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Serendipity is a beautifully and meticulously decorated luxury cabin, fully loaded with all of the amenities that help create the perfect vacation! Long weekend away with my boyfriend. Cabin was cute and cozy. Location was AWESOME for sunsets. The free attractions were a great addition to our stay. Must try this top notch burger joint 'Cookie Dough Monster'. Definitely a hidden gem! And only 8 minutes from location.

Cabin needs some TLC
Pulling up to the property the tree branches were against my Tahoe, I couldn't get out. The steps going up to the cabin were loose and creaking. The bedroom carpet had black stuff all over it, going upstairs, the lenolium was all scratched and tore up. The bathroom sink downstairs had no trap, the shower didnt have much pressure. The couch sunk in the middle. We did love the recliners but they were scuffed from rubbing the wall. The back door had paint peeling off, looks like from changing door knobs... The front porch the boards looked twisted and some were loose, we didn"t feel safe going out on it. There was only 1 light bulb in the bedroom and the bed was so creeky. The area was nice but the road getting there was too steep and windy. I also didnt sign up for the protection plan and got charged for it AND a 95.00 fee from VRBO IS WRONG!!!@ ILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN.

Nice, secluded, cabin with a nice view. The cabin was perfect size for our family of three. Modern enough so you don't miss wifi and TV when you want it but still very much has that log cabin feel. Not a far drive to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg but far enough away that you can enjoy the sounds of nature and quiet of the mountains. We even saw some wild turkeys during our stay!

Highlight of the trip
This cabin was the highlight of our trip. We’re a family of 5 with kids of all ages and there was something at the cabin for everyone. We loved the pool table, PacMan & the hot tub. The hot tub water had clearly been changed before we arrived and was crystal clear. The location is fantastic. Close to all the local attractions, but up in the mountains just enough to feel secluded. We called maintenance about a few light bulbs that weren’t working and they were quick to respond & assist and very friendly. We recommend!

This property was beautiful, secluded, peaceful and relaxing! We were looking for a property that would take on the feel of a secluded mountain getaway and we found it in this property. We even watched a bear walk up the street from the balcony. I highly recommend this property!

Very nice for the price!!! My wife loved the outside porch with wooden bench swing overlooking the mountains in the distance!!! Pretty clean. Good TV service. Wifi was good. Loved the Pac-Man arcade game.

Great Vacation
We had one of the best vacations ever staying at Serendipity! We were looking for some R & R and definitely found it. We spent each day doing what we wanted with no set schedule. Great food and dinner shows along with the privacy we needed to relax when the day was over. Perfect vacation cabin that will be our first choice for future visits.

Great Family Getaway!
We stayed here with our 3 yr old and 5 yr old, and we had a great time! The hot tub was a great way to unwind and relax at the end of the day. The location is not far AT ALL from Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. We loved the area, and going to some shops in Seiverville, and this beautiful small waterfall place right down the road. The cabin was clean, had comfortable bedspace for us and our kids, and we grilled out one of the evenings using the charcoal grill. Recommend this cabin for a couple or small family!

Serendipity by bear tracks is Awesome

Excellent Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Serendipity. It has an excellent location that is a short drive to Pigeon Forge. It is also close to some easy hikes like Elmont and the Walker Sisters Cabin. Rain? No problem. There's the hot tub, pool table, arcade, or just sitting on the back porch reading. The canin was well supplied with soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, towels, etc. We did not need to buy anything. Also after the hot tub, enjoy a rinse off in the indoor jetted tub.

Cozy Cabin with Great View
This is my family's 4th time renting a cabin in the Smoky Mountains and I will say this cabin is my favorite so far. Finally found a cabin that didn't have dust everywhere. It was clean and cozy. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes, silverware, cookware and cooking utensils. The beds were super comfy. The cabin had plenty of games to play as well as a pool table. The beautiful view from the back porch was a huge bonus. I would definitely stay here again!

Upstairs could have used some dusting, a throw blanket for living room would have been much appreciated as it was chilly throughout our stay. You can NOT put the AC lower than 68°, and it got very warm during the night. The outside table was broken and fire pit had a big hole at the very bottom. It did come with lots of towels & starter things as stated

The Perfect spot!!!
We absolutely Loved it! We were away from it all yet minutes to where we wanted to go. We enjoyed times staying in and when we did venture out the complimentary daily tickets really helped to supplement our budget and we ended up spending way less than we planned. The cabin was amazing! So cozy and comfortable. The ONLY thing we would have liked to see was a small table between the recliners. Just a little something to hold drinks. Not a deal breaker though. We will definitely be rebooking Serendipity! Thanks for the amazing stay!

We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. We found several dead bugs, dead scorpions, mouse poop, and old gold fish cracker crumbs next the bed. The upstairs had not been vacuumed in a long time. The carpet was very dirty. The light in the master had a burned out bulb and the other two were like a nightlight. There is no way they could have cleaned that room with the light like that. You could not see anything. I reached out to the property managers and sent pictures and they didn’t even bother to offer to refund the cleaning portion of the room. I started looking back at reviews and there are several that have the exact first two sentences. Seems very ironic especially after seeing the cabin.

`Great location.
The cabin was clean and comfy. We wanted a place with a view but not too high up. This cabin fit the bill. 5 minutes to downtown but still away from the hustle and bustle. Communication with the owners and rental company was concise and clear. Everything was as stated and no surprises. We had a great time, although it was too short, but we will be back for sure. Thank you Matt, April and all the staff at Bear Tracts. We had great stay!

Bear Tracts Serendipity
The cabin was amazing! It was clean, well taken care of, looked just as described, and we were very pleased. Our two boys (young adults) loved the pool table the most. The adults loved the Hot Tub the most. The view from the back deck was amazing. Our only concerns (not issues b/c it would not stop us from staying in this cabin again) were: First, wasps constantly flying around the deck - one person got stung. We tried to find the nest but were not successful. We just learned to be careful. Second, the driveway being on such an incline was a bit scary for us flatlanders not used to parking like that. But we made it work with NO issues. Overall, the cabin was beautiful, perfect for our family of 5, and close to the attractions we wanted to visit but away from the noise and bustle of the parkway. We loved the privacy of not being right next to other cabins, but also not too far away. Again, the view was absolutely amazing! We would definitely stay in this cabin, or another owned by Bear Tracts again!
