House with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and private terrace. It is centrally located in El Arenal - one of the most traditional neighbourhoods of Seville, by the bullring and less than 10 minutes walking from the Cathedral. There is parking available nearby - see conditions.

From the entrance door, stairs lead up to the living area on the first floor. It is furnished with 2 sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs. Two windows face a quiet street. The kitchen forms part of the living area and is equipped with utensils for cooking and appliances - washing machine included. Bathroom with shower.

On the second floor, there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with shower.

On the third floor is the third bedroom, with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Terrace: The access to the private terrace is from bedroom No.3. It is decorated with plants and equipped with outdoor seating and a parasol. The terrace is south facing and therefore has plenty of sun throughout the day.

Other features: Free WIFI internet, TV and air-conditioning with cooling and heating.

Note: The house is distributed over three main floors, with access via stairs. We don't recommend this property for people with reduced mobility.

Very good central location, close to excellent restaurants. Property was very basic, needs some TLC
The apartment met basic requirements but most beds were uncomfortable and 2 bedrooms were cramped for space. Bathrooms were a good size. The roof terrace lacked sufficient seating for 6 people, the glass table was very dirty, the parasol was torn and the flooring was littered with dead leaves. We anticipated spending many hours socialising on the roof so were disappointed. Owner was helpful in providing missing items as there was a shortage of wine glasses and mugs for 6 people but really we shouldn't have needed to ask. Beware there are 56 steps from top to bottom. Owners kindly let us checkout late as no one was coming in that day. Excellent restaurants on the door step and everything within walking distance. Overall the apartment provides a basic base to see Seville.

Aangenaam verblijf - centraal gelegen. Helaas ontbreken er wat huishoudelijke dingen in het huis: geen wijnglazen, wc rolhouders. Netheid douchedeuren laten te wensen over! Service veoapartment was super!

Die Lage ist optimal, kurze Wege zu den Sehenswerten Orten. Ferienwohnung über 3 Etagen hat auch etwas. Organisation und Erlebnis war rundum optimal.

Appartement tres bien situé et au calme. Par contre il est situé sur 3 étages
Appartement propre, tres bien situé et bien équipé. Il est climatisé par contre le compteur saute si on met plusieurs climatisations en même temps.
