This is a beautiful hotel. The room was nicely furnished and equipped and the room servicing was impeccable each day of our stay. The front of house staff however were much less impressive. Indeed they were rather arrogant and not terribly responsive. For example, I needed to replace a buttonhole and was sent to a department store. They diminished what was otherwise a wonderful stay.

Beautiful hotel with very nice and comfortable rooms, bar, courtyard, and roof pool. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in a very quiet area with dining options and shops nearby within walking distance. The hotel was formerly a palace with beautiful inner and outer courtyards. It really felt like coming home to an oasis very night. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

One of the best hotels I’ve been to: the bath, the bed, the ambiance. A little far from the center and places of interest (about 15 min. walk from the Alcázar), but totally worth the small effort.

This was such a nice stay and a very beautiful building. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to my friends. The only downside was limited weights in the fitness room. Like many hotels the dumbbells only go up to 10kg.
