Decent location within 15 to 20 minutes walk to touristique area, overall good condition, the only thing is that the apartment had two single beds next to each other , I was hoping a queen size bed more convenient for a couple.

This place is excellent ! Is in the Triana area where you have lots of restaurants , bars and beautiful views by the bridge. Is a short walk to get everything you need.

This is more like a service apartment - with full kitchen (but you'd better clean it well if you use it, or there will be extra cleaning charge, and a "studio". Much more roomy than regular hotels. The premise has laundramet. It is just across the river from Seville city center. Everywhere is walkable, and Seville seems to have an excellent bike path network. Lots of good local food options and grocery. It is a little bit out of the way from the train station, but taxi would be ust around ten euros.

A gem of a place
Very close to lots of bars and restaurants, the apartment outweighed our expections, very clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet given its central location. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and we would have no hesitation in recommending these apartments in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay!!!!

The property is in a great location and was very clean. The person who greeted us was very willing to share local knowledge with us. The suite was very large and well equipped. However, the wifi only worked at one end of the apartment, as we came in the door. The hot water to the shower had pathetic pressure, making hair washing particularly a trial. We could hear noises from the apartment above us most of the night but there is no night person to report that to in hopes of getting the noise to abate.

The space was ample and clean. Beds including sofa were comfortable. All of the people at the reception were beyond helpful and very warm. We had everything we needed, amazing location, 15 min walking distance from the center. Near all of the historical landmarks. Loved it!!! Will stay with them for all future travel.

It's a motel-style apartment complex, fairly neat and clean for this type of accommodation. Friendly staff. Nice location walking distance to the old town (which attracted us to this particular property), paid parking right by the hotel. We liked the option of having a full kitchen and the washer! The room didn't have a toaster and a kettle, we requested both and staff has provided both. The not so nice: The beds are very uncomfortable. The sofa bed is old and gross. When it opens, two can sleep ALONG the sofa bed, so it's impossible to get up at night without disturbing the other person. We spent there two nights and definitely would not be able to stay longer. You can hear the noise of the neighbors, or people leaving early in the morning. When folks smoke outside of their units the smoke funnels inside if you open a window.
Warn out bed mattresses. You are required to take off and fold the sheets for cleaning upon the check out.
A drier rack outside on the patio - a helpful feature. Too bad the blinds don't open completely

This apartment was great! Very comfortable and convenient. The area the hotel is in is amazing, lots of great dining options and within walking distance of historic sites.

The best thing about this place is the location. 5-minute walk to many restaurants, and the main sights in Seville are all less than a 30-minute walk. The condition of the apartment was very disappointing, much older than how it appears in the pictures. The sofa-bed in the living room is old and uncomfortable for both sitting and sleeping. Advertising the apartment as suitable for 4 people is misleading, as the sofa-bed is not appropriate for sleeping.

We stayed in apartment 7. Not sure about the other rooms but our was a large apartment with 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen and a sitting area. It was actually surprising how large the room was. Overall the room was clean and nice. The bathroom could use some updating. The shower has a small glass panel and the water sprays all over the floor. The area is great and easily walkable to everything. Lots of restaurants and markets nearby including the Triana market. This would be a great place to stay for a family on an extended stay in Seville.

The apartment was a decent size for our family of (4), is in a good location for walking into the old town (about a 10 min walk) and the kitchen was fully stocked. There was always someone at the front desk to help with questions, even on Christmas Eve. (wow!) We would definitely stay here again
