All areas within the garden walls of our house and the land of the 'olive road’ within the ramp area we pass through when going home are available for our guests' use "except for the exceptions , the white container warehouse and red metal warehouse at the land entrances, the technical part with materials such as chemicals, solar energy and surrounded tulle area, electrical panels and pool machine room".
Other things to note :
Regardless of whether it's summer or winter, for all long-term rentals, the damage deposit fee up to a month's rent is charged upfront and refunded upon checkout. All electricity, water ,internet and tube expenses will be covered by Cragos House. The pool and jacuzzi are available for use for 12 months.
Please do not use shoes sandals etc. in the interior of the house, and the pool should be used clean. The pool has a variety of dirt and deer buildup, which prevents the pool from being deactivated due to the impact on the working system and the need for technical maintenance. Please make sure that the relevant area is used clean so that we do not experience these situations and avoid negatives during your vacation. Care should be taken not to use the towels used in the house and to bring towels for the pool and sunbathing. Take care to turn off electronic devices that are not obligatory to be operated such as Air Conditioning, Television , Shohben etc. when not in the house, in order to minimize the possibility of electrical contact fires due to the forestry of the area.

There is open parking in our house. The area where our house is located is 350 meters away from the route where Saklıkent public transportation minibus line passes. The main road is hot paved , the road from the pavement to our house is stable. You will reach the Cragos House on a 50-meter long road with a ramp between the olive trees. You can easily walk 350 meters from our house with Saklıkent-Fethiye Minibuses that move every 15 minutes during the summer period and go to the main road, such as Fethiye Center , Seydikemer Center, Tlos Ancient City , Girmeler Caves, etc. You can easily reach our house with Saklıkent cars passing in front of Fethiye Bus Garages. Our guests coming from the airports can first get off at Fethiye Bus Station and then come to our house with Saklıkent vehicles. The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport, 90 km from our house. The nearest beach is Patara Beach, which is 35 kilometers away from our house.
Kayadibi is a village in the District of Seydikemer, Fethiye Province, Turkey. Hidlikent Waterfall and Saklikent National Park are located in the neighborhood. Saklikent Canyon, which is located in our neighborhood, is the border point of Muğla and Antalya provinces. One side of the canyon belongs to Muğla and the other side belongs to Antalya. There are many grocery stores, restaurants & bars and cafeterias in our neighborhood. Services such as health center , Pharmacy, Ptt, Atm , Chain Markets , Fuel station , vehicle , tire repair and maintenance are located in our neighborhood (our distance from our house to all these amenities is around 2.5 km max). We also have the opportunity to serve food and beverage with takeout to our house for 12 months.
Kayadibi Neighborhood Historic , Cultural Structure and Geographical Features : It is named after the rocky elevation (large rift called Titanis Petra by Lycians) that forms the eastern part. Kayadibi is known as the "çumburcu" karya during the Ottoman period and the first years of our republic. Arsaköy is the center where Bağlıağaç Village, Palamut Village and Kızılağaç villages are connected. Until 1944, it was connected to Fethiye while it was in Kaş district of Antalya. The other name is Saklıken. It is a scattered settlement. Its altitude is 245 meters. Like many villages and cities on the Teke peninsula, the local inhabitants are the Yörüks, a nomadic Turkmen community. Various cultural remains of Turkish tribes such as Bayat , Döğer, etc. still live in the daily life of the indigenous people in our neighborhood, where Turkmens of different obesity started to settle with tents during the Seljuk Empire in the middle of 1200.
