Solid, comfortable stay.
3rd time here in 15 months. Room clean and tidy, comfortable bed, low-key but good service from staff. Did not use Hotel restaurants.

Lovely hotel
The hotel was fantastic, spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was lovely to receive an upgrade upon arrival to a river view room, which was stunning. The bridge from level three to the New Town Plaza shopping centre was extremely convenient.

I requested cancellation of my reservation because if SUPER TYPHOON SAOLO. I called hotel, they referred me to Expedia. Expedia contacted hotel. No cancelation. No refund. No service.

I have stayed here many times. We have always had a positive experience and the new remodel is terrific. It is actually in a very convenient place on the MTR to travel throughout Hong Kong. I don’t even consider another hotel. Love that it’s attached to the mall and all of the eateries associated with that.

Good option for business or family trip.
Very nice hotel. Spacious, clean, good pool and sauna room. Very close to the train. It takes less than 30 min to go to Tsim Sha Tsui. Many food options close to the hotel. Good option for business or family travel.

I have been staying at RPlaza for quite a while now as it is convenient for shopping and meeting with friends. Christmas at carousel restaurant is a must every year.
