Fairly new facility. Easy check in. The rooms can be a bit noisier than other chains I have stayed in. The door is not sealed against hallway noise. I could hear people moving in the room above. But otherwise it was quiet & restful. Breakfast included warm eggs & sausage, a pleasant surprise. Breakfast here better than other chains. I would stay here again!

Property was clean, facilities were up to date, safe quiet area. Loved the plank floors in the room, for cleanliness. Bed pillows were to small, and shower water was just warm, but not enough, carpet in hallway needs stretching-falls risk.

Thought I was booking a hotel that was a smoke free property but they allowed smoking right by the pool. It did reek of weed more than cigarettes. I have a lung infection and disease so I couldn’t hang out by the pool due to the smell. We were surprised that a shower could be so small in a hotel and after we checked out the room, we asked if they had a more accommodating room with a shower that would work for my disabled husband. I did an online booking up to reserve point to see if they had an handicapped accessible room available that evening and they did but were told Wednesday evening and Thursday morning no. My husband may not look disabled on the outside to first glance at him, I feel they were doubting his disability and he felt discriminated against. Also, we had a few insects visit us but we took care of that ourselves. Husband has a black light and after using it, we went to buy our own pillows and pillowcases to sleep on. Blood spot on curtain that they said was rust. The housekeeping staff were nice and gave us what we needed. It was a convenient location to area beaches and restaurants but they need some work on customer service skills. The place also needs some attention to specific areas.

Hotel aged very quickly…Mostly due to poor indoor.
Stayed at this hotel last year. It has aged 5+ years in just 1 year. The hotel looks amazing from the outside that is. Inside, hallway carpets have bulges everywhere, carpet installation required to stretch the bulges. Maintenance is lacking. Food felt like Groundhog Day… same thing every morning. There wasn’t even peanut butter! What??? Service was impeccable though. Area very safe and quiet. BW is a great hotel. Don’t shame it. Please maintain the inside as much as the outside.
