While the facility was clean and the furnishings adequate, there were a few disappointments. For instance, patched holes in walls that remained unpainted. The continental breakfast lacked variety.

Really smelly and grimy all around. The room seemed mostly clean but there were cigarette burns in the comforter and some other kind of stain on the other blanket. Made me think the sheets hadn’t been cleaned. People were banging on the walls and being loud in the halls too

First thing we smelled exiting our car was weed. People smoking it inside their vehicle. Check in was smooth and quick. Upon entering our room, it smelled of urine. Bathroom floor was wet in the corner by toilet , which later was discovered by the shower curtain not keeping all the water inside the shower. There was a burn hole in the top comforter of the bed. Damage to back of bathroom door due to the door stopper being broke as well. Will never book this hotel ever again.

Every piece of furniture in the room was either broken or damaged. Both bedspreads were stained with something hard. No soap or shampoo in the room. The prior occupants dirty laundry still was in the room. Bags of garbage and laundry were in the hallway at check-in around 7PM. I've stayed in some dumps and this was the worst.

The carpets in the halls are dirty, water stains on the ceilings, and holes in the walls from curtain rods being replaced in the bathroom which is basically a closet with low height toilets. There was paint missing on the walls, no usb connections,and the building in general is in serious needs of upgrades.

The room was very dirty, there was hair and dirt in the bathtub like it never got cleaned. There was also what looked like make-up all over the sheets. Our room was by the door to the outside so all night we could hear everyone coming in. The TV also didn't work, we called and the front desk lady did eventually show up to try and fix it. She said it just had to re-load, but we had the same problem after she left so we couldn't even watch TV, we just gave up and went to bed. The breakfast only had a couple choices, and they were out of things. Overall, I would not recommend staying here, very dated and dirty.

Extremely outdated. Rooms smell like smoke even though it's supposedly non-smoking. Rips/stains in carpet. Paint in rooms looks like a toddler did it. Window curtains nasty with several holes in them allowing light to shine through. Bedding stained. Front office was at least nice and helpful.

Anniversary get away gone wrong.
We checked in which was easy and seamless, but when we got to the room, the room had a nasty smell to it, the bed cover was not clean, I washed my hands and the water did not go down the sink. The floor and several medium size marks which looked like burn marks. I went and talked with the young lady after about 30 minutes in the room trying to decide of we were going to stay or figure out something else, we ended up talking with her, she showed me two other rooms that were equally as bad, she offered us a full refund, and we left. Definitely read the reviews before you stay. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

The housekeeper does not oblige by the "Do Not Disturb" & continued to knock on door. The inside of the place does not look like what is advertised on their website. The room and carpets are stained & filthy, I had to relocate to a higher room with all of my belongings because I had two bed bugs crawl on me as I was napping after work. The desk clerk seemed as though she had an attitude about it. Here is the kicker, NO Elevator! The hair dryer didn't work in the first floor room. At the hair dryer worked in the second room however the window barely closed and did not lock. The rooms smelled of wet musk and weed. Thank goodness I bring smell good products along because you never know. The nerve and audacity of the place to be charging the amout they do for the way this place looks and feels. This place either need to fully upgrade or shut down. Bed bugs! Unacceptable. I only stayed due to other local hotels being fully booked during a derby event. This was a distasteful visit. The staff and the location to shop and/or eat was the most pleasant than anything. Most likely wouldn't visit again. The building is very outdated.
