"This was my only option to sleeping at the airport because all the flights were cancelled. The clerk was ok friendly. I was feeling apprehensive about the sheets being clean, so they just gave me new sheets, didn’t say sorry or anything. My experience would have been reasonable considering the circumstances but on top of the flight my phone started acting up. The only one thing I asked from the receptionist (in addition to the sheets) was to wake me up at 4:20 to catch my flight. That was really important to me and they knew the situation. But I never got a wake up call, nor was there anyone in the reception at the time when I was supposed to leave. So I’m thinking sleeping at the airport would’ve been a better option, especially with this price. "
