It was a convenient location for the theatre. The curtains in our room were filthy and there were huge cobwebs so that put us off. We were woken up at 3am with people talking loudly (sounded like they were in our room) and doors banging and that went on for ages. Staff were friendly and beds were comfy.

A good solid option if you need a quick no-frills one-nighter in Sheffield. Rooms are comfortable and well laid out, there's a bar and a decent breakfast option. Parking is handily right next door.

Disabled access was an issue ,when in a wheelchair you would not be able to access this hotel on your own doors are not automatic and the space getting in and out of lifts was tight , also the accessible room we had was on the top floor level 6 so if there was a fire thats along way to evacuate by stairs even with assistance ,also extractor fan never worked in the bathroom so everything steamed up. And had to pay a fee to enter our room 1 hour early. As a disabled wheelchair user i Would not stay here again.

2x single beds with 2x small duvet covers while room was booked for single adult. The expectation is that beds be merged as one big bed with a single big duvet cover so i didn't have to squeeze myself to be fully covered

Quick check in. Room clean. Kettle, milk etc Fresh towels each day, shower gel, shampoo, soap Everything was fairly basic but fine, this trip was just a quick 2 nights to attend an appointment. Very central convenient to train station, shops Poundland, Sainsbury's local, b&m etc Plenty of takeaways places to eat we went to Wetherspoons for breakfast cooked brekkie £4.99. Cheap, clean, convenient

It was comfy and warm inside, need to updage the menus in the rooms as they state the menu is availabe 24/7 however when asked it was only 2 items of the menu available after 11pm. Also maybe extra or thicker pillows, but apart from this is it was very nice to stay here and would definitely stay again.
