I was expecting an actual breakfast with hot items, not continental breakfast. I was not the only guest at breakfast who was disappointed. I thought it odd that the front desk refused to provide a printed receipt for my stay stating that since I booked through a third party, I'd have to get my receipt that way. Both of these are customer service fails for me. On the flip side, the hotel was clean, fairly well maintained and quiet.

Rooms were very clean, nice. Mattress, soso. Minimal breakfast. Hallways were warm and humid. Had a window open instead of a/c on.

The manager was rude. Ignoring myself and others when they came in. Manager also walked around in bare feet during their breakfast time. I found a roach in my room. This place was awful. If you want to stay somewhere cheap you’d might as well stay at a cheap motel.

Try your other options, as this was not a great stay. Just a very dirty facility that was pieced together. Bed was extremely stiff. There was a group of people loitering in the parking lot and near the side entrance that eyed us each time we walked in (multiple times between 9am-11pm) which was odd…Also seems like the owner/staff have the two parking spots closest to the entrance reserved for themselves, if that tells you anything about their priorities. Not impressed.
