Fantastic stay in the hotel. Great room, very comfortable, was able to control the air conditioning and one of the best hotel breakfasts that I can remember.

Stay 2 nights during Chinese New Year. Feb 9-11, 2024. No heat in the room. Freezing cold for the first night. Checked with front-desk the next morning and to my surprises to find out an upscale brand hotel has no heating system setup. I was given a portable heater for the 2nd night. Front-desk did not tell me at check-in. I would not have selected this hotel if I had known this in advance.

Good location hotel if you are visiting shenzhen.
Been visiting the hotel many times before the pandemic, it was previous named Marco Polo, I guess now been taking over by Crowne Plaza. Very safe and convenient area, love it a lot!!
