I recently stayed at the Huaqiang Plaza Hotel, and it was my fourth time staying at the hotel, I have been very impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities and the convenient location. I would also like to commend a staff member named Beta 貝塔 who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and answering any questions I had, and her excellent service made a real difference in my experience.

What an amazing hotel and staff. I have been coming for many years, and am always amazed how Jonathan and Olyana take care of our needs. In fact, this last trip was super surprising as they made a fantastic birthday party for us in our room, with balloons, placards, cake and gifts. Service was beyond what i have seen elsewhere in all my years of travel. Thank you so much for the extra attention to us. Looking forward to my next visits even more.

I stayed at this property for 7 days and after the 4th day I noticed bites on my legs and arms that were not present before I went to bed. I thought I was just bitten by mosquitos but after the next night I had more bites. I went to a pharmacy and they said it looked like bed bugs bites. I informed reception to change rooms. She obliged but I had to go back to reception 3 times as the new key wouldn’t work she also wasn’t apologetic and I don’t know if she took the issue seriously. Maybe it was the language barrier as she couldn’t speak English well. On a positive note the location is great and the house keeping lady was very helpful and gave me a clothes rack to dry my clothes. Check in was perfect and Alyona was great and messaged me all the facilities on offer. I am hoping I was just unlucky and this was a 1 off random event!

Hotel was located within the heart of the shopping area, which was very convenient. The staff were very welcoming especially Hannah at reception. The breakfast had a lot of options including Western food. The room was a good size and mini bar, snacks and bottled water were complimentary. Definately would stay here on my next yrip.
