Linens and towels
Lack of linens and towels was my only issue. I flew in and had to arrange those items locally, at some considerable inconvenience. Also, there was barely enough toilet paper and paper towels, and the hand soap in the bathroom was empty. Besides that it was an overall excellent stay.

Spacious apartment with private parking in great location.
We were very pleasantly surprised by the spacious apartment, good-sized bedrooms, lounge/diner, kitchen and bathroom. It was good being on the ground floor and the private parking space was very much appreciated. The outside private terrace was a bonus for my vaping wife. Great location only 5 minutes walk from the town centre and beach. "Rocky Bottoms" was fab. We'll be back.

Poor standard
Property very dated and extremely poor standard. In need of a complete refurbishment and redecoration. Cracked and broken tiles in bathroom, walls stained from condensation. Sanitary ware a mix of ‘60’s basin and wc, with ill fitting modern toilet seat, new bath but still with old tiling surrounds and shower curtain. Electric shower looked like it had been fitted by amateurs. Ripped and not particularly clean covers to lounge suite, absolutely no support left in settee. Facilities in kitchen reasonable, but like rest of property every thing a mish/mash of differing items. In fact only complete set of anything found was a new table/place mat set. To describe it as well appointed is to put it mildly, somewhat misleading. Would certainly not want to stay there again. The plus side to our weekend was the great time we had participating in the 40’s event at the North Norfolk Railway.
