Great stay
Comfortable stay. There is free shuttle service from ugata station, you need to book it with the hotel via phone. There is a big hall for breakfast with plenty of choices for Japanese n Western menu.

Decent peaceful vacation spot
I really enjoyed this hotel as we booked Japanese style room. The only biggest complaints are the facts that there are only three elevators that we needed to wait for traffic congestion and very limited restaurant options. Other wise, we had decent stay.

古さは感じられますが、リニューアルされてラウンジが使えたり、温泉の雰囲気が落ち着いた感じになっていたところはよかったです。ビュッフェは混雑していて並んでいるうちに料理が冷めてしまったので、会場を２箇所に分ける、時間帯を分散させるなどの工夫があったら良いかなと思います。

すごく良いホテルで大勢の人が宿泊にきているので、夕食の大人料金をお酒を飲まない人の事を考えて頂き料金変更を考えて頂きたいと思ってます。 部屋が乾燥していてすぐ喉が渇く感じでしたので、そこを改善していただければ人気度がさらに上がりみんな宿泊施設に選びたくなると思うます。 これから鳥羽方面に行く時に宿泊場所として選びたいと家族で考えてます。
