Entire 3 bedroom house with 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. 1 king size bed, 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Family bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and sink and separate downstairs WC.

Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer.

Lounge has 2 three seater sofas and 1 armchair and a 65 inch smart TV.

The bedrooms upstairs sleep 5 persons. If booking the house for 6 or 7ppl please note there is a double pull out mattress floor bed. This is located in the lounge and will have to be pulled out to sleep on at night. There will not be room for it in any of the upstairs bedrooms but there is room downstairs. There is extra bedding located in the main bedroom wardrobe with fresh covers on. Please help yourself to any bedding, towels etc. located in all of the three upstairs bedroom wardrobes.

Dining area has an extendable dining table and chairs and a smart TV.

Great stay
Maria has thought of everything possible for your stay, from biscuits on arrival to dressing gowns and well equipped kitchen. The hot tub, sauna and PacMan were a great hit and short walk to the beach was ideal.

Perfect holiday home in Shoreham!
This home was absolutely perfect for our family. The location was ideal, being close to the beach abd footbridge into town. There is also a great park for the kids within walking distance. We like visiting Brighton, but staying in peaceful Shoreham is perfect for a relaxingholiday. The house has everything you need for cooking at home and relaxing. And it is well maintained. Our kids loved the hot tub after the beach and we enjoyed the sauna after a sea swim. I really liked how close the house is to the swimming area on the beach. We will definitely stay again for our next visit to Sussex!

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit einigen Highlights
Es war für ein nach Hause kommen. Die Übergabe erfolgte kontaktlos per FeWo per Email. Das Haus ist hell, sauber und sehr einladend. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Für weitere Aktivitäten im Haus war gesorgt. Das Highlight für uns waren die kostenlose Nutzung vom Hot Tub und der Sauna. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Bademäntel waren auch vorhanden. Die Lage ist ideal für Strandbesuche aber auch die Fahrt nach Brigthon ( 10 Minuten) und London Victoria ( 1 Stunde 15 Minuten ) mit dem Zug waren toll. Und die Züge sind pünktlich!!!! Ein ausdrücklichen Dank an Maria unsere Kontaktperson. Es war sehr erholsam bei Ihn.
