Property was really outdated. Rooms need to be refurbished. Electronics need to be updated. I was really hoping that Bally's would do something with the old Eldorado rather than just strap a sign on the front. We won't be staying there again

OK place to stay
Check in for our two rooms was supposed to be 4pm. Neither of the rooms were ready. They downgraded 1 of our rooms due to the fact that we had a 5 month old with us with no real way to sit and wait a couple of hours. This was helpful, but it required downgrading our room.
