Notes: Car must park outside as no car parking space. I live on 1st floor but different entrance so not disturb you.

This listing is a private ground floor house, is really suitable for any guest who has the difficulty for climbing up the staircase. My house is located in a local village, safe area, near Apsara road where all travellers buy temples tickets there, Only 10 mins drive from the house to the Temple area and the city center or to the attractive places like popular pub street, super markets, Hard Rock Cafe, old market, night market, Angkor Museum, Shopping Mall like T Gallery, and Royal Palace. the history Genocidal Khmer Rouge killing pagoda is within a walking distance from the villa. there are many taxi or tuk tuk available at the house. The house is located away from busy and noisy road, and it is also in the quiet residential area. there are many local restaurants close-by and also a biggest local market in town, cafe, mini mart where you can walk about 10 minutes only.
