Staying at the Metta Residence and Spa was an absolute delight! The staff went above and beyond to ensure a luxurious and relaxing experience, offering warm hospitality from the moment we arrived. Specifically, I’d like to call out June for her incredible customer service. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The serene pool area was perfect for unwinding after exploring the nearby temples. The on-site spa provided incredible treatments that added to the tranquility of the stay. The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made this a memorable part of our Siem Reap trip!

This place was fabulous, great pool and lovely rooms. Staff were fantastic. Don’t worry about it being slightly out of town Tas there is a free tuk tuk service. Loved the free cocktail hour, the girls that make them are brilliant, probably the best Margarita I’ve had in a few years!! Breakfast was minimal due to covid but fine. They currently allow you to have food delivered from Food Panda etc. No TV service due to covid, most hotels cancelled their cable subscriptions and have not started them again yet
