1) All the info sent BY EMAIL;ON OUR WEB SITE;ON THE WEB SITE OF EXPIDIA 2) on the bell there is written B & B and the name of the family ( CONTI) ...what else you need ? !!!!! 3) In your room there is an explication in English about all you need 4) at the entrance you have all the info about Siena and a map very well done 5 ) We are on duty 24 hours and you can come in our hotel next to the Campo square for all the info that you need
