Newly renovated home! Staycation at the Legends

After a year-long restoration project, we are excited to present Staycation at the Legends! This property has been lovingly and thoughtfully restored to offer a home-away-from-home experience. This home is located in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood that is within 2 miles to city central (Veteran's Memorial Park, Planet Fitness, Walmart, Target, Marshalls, restaurants, and grocery stores), minutes to Ft Huachuca, and within walking distance to the city softball and soccer fields.

The living space boasts a touch of the southwest with colors that are serene and neutral, while the front and back patios offer relaxing and tranquil environments that are perfect for sipping your morning coffee or reading your favorite book.

This home contains a fully-equipped kitchen including new stainless steel appliances. Most restaurant deliveries are also available via DoorDash or Postmates. Enjoy a relaxing evening in the cozy living room while watching your favorite show on the 65" TV. Streaming services also available via guest’s login (not provided by host). Also enjoy the convenience of USB charging ports in the guest room nightstands, and the master bedroom and office lamps. Speaking of the office, it is perfectly suited for your business needs and offers privacy with its courtyard-facing window. Mail delivery is not available at this home. Garage access also not available. Additional $100 cleaning fee for 3 month or longer stays.

The home will be stocked with an initial supply of paper towels, trash and recycle bags, toilet paper, coffee, Keurig K-cups, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil and spray, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods, dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Additional cleaning supplies are located under the kitchen sink and in the laundry room.

Sierra Vista is the Hummingbird capital of the U.S. with 15 different species located here! Be sure to visit Ramsey Canyon Nature Conservancy for an up-close and personal experience. Also be sure to visit historic Tombstone (“The town too tough to die”) for a journey back in time to the Wyatt Earp days. And don't forget Bisbee, for an interesting tour of the Copper Queen Mine and taste of the early mining lifestyle, quaint little shops, and unique restaurants. Wine enthusiasts, be sure to visit the Sonoita and Elgin vineyards for an extraordinary wine tasting experience and an array of award-winning wines. Hiking enthusiasts, be sure to check out hiking trails in Carr and Miller Canyons, as well as the Chiricahua National Monument. If waterfalls are your thing, be sure to visit Seven Falls in Sabino Canyon in Tucson. This trail boasts 7 waterfalls, incredible views, and a moderately easy hike of 8.2 miles!

Beautiful property and home. Clean and peaceful. The backyard was just lovely and perfect for meals and relaxing with the family. Stayed here for the 3 day cycling festival and it was perfect. Less than 2 miles from the start of the rides so easy to just hop on our bikes and head out each morning. Just a delightful stay hop

My elderly parents live in SV so when the grown kids and I visited, we needed a place to stay and preferred one with separate rooms, kitchen etc. This house was the perfect option for us! Comfortable and well appointed in a convenient location. Pristine as well! Owners were very responsive. Thanks for a very nice stay.

We had stayed in Sierra Vista before. However, this home has to be our favorite. It was spacious, decorated beautifully, and had been recently updated. The home is in a good, quiet, central location within Sierra Vista. We hope to stay there again soon!

We have stayed at numerous rentals across the country and this house is probably one of the BEST! It is a super nice, clean, well appointed home. Everything seemed to be in place and in working order. The living room was very cozy and we spent the evenings playing board game. Very nice location and convenient.

Wonderful home.
House was extremely clean and up to date. Had a cute little back yard where we hung out quite a bit. For us the location was perfect. We were in town visiting friends which was only a 5 minute walk away. This home is located in a very nice neighborhood. If this home is available, we would absolutely stay again.

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our 9-day stay in this house. It was clean, pretty, in a convenient yet quiet neighborhood, and felt secure and relaxed. The major appliances worked just as you would expect and there were plenty of fluffy towels and kitchen basics. The wifi was strong, too -- good enough for a Zoom meeting -- until a thunderstorm knocked it out! We wished the MBR was not right next to the kitchen because of noise from the kitchen, but otherwise it was a very livable space. Thanks, Tracy!

Exceeded our expectations
This was the best VRBO we've stayed in. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to make meals. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were nice with good pressure and hot wayer. The neighborhood was nice, with easy access to the base. Even, the game selection was great and no pieces appeared to be missing. Would rebook this one again if our travels ever take us back to Sierra Vista.

Great Stay in Sierra Vista
This is the second time we have stayed at Staycation at the Legends and it was just as great as the first time. The house is very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Our favorite spot was on the shady back patio. It's a great spot to relax. I would recommend this house to anyone. Thanks again Tracy & Doug...we'll be back.

Excellent! Great hosts!
This property was outstanding, starting with a very nice welcome card from the hosts. The hosts provided coffee, sugar, laundry detergent, etc. It was so nice to just enjoy the stay and not worry about the little details. The hosts had that covered. Would highly recommend this house. It is only seven minutes from Fort Huachuca if you have a member in the military you are visiting. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Great Location
This rental was located well for ease of travel to surrounding sights: Coronado national forest & Montezuma Pass, canyon hikes, Kartchner Caverns, Bisbee & a scenic drive to Ciricahua national monument. We loved having the flexibility to eat in or out. Pit Stop Gourmet Burgers was delicious & met our desire to experience local restaurants. It was more house than 2 people need, but was worth it.

This was a great property. It had a good location and quite neighborhood. The entire house was clean and comfortable, especially the beds. Loved the property. Could have used more washcloths. A dog that was being walked seemed to have liked the yard towards the back for a bathroom,but we watched were we walked so didn't carry anything into the house. Nice neighbors. Thank you for the stay.

Perfect!
We had a great stay at this property in Sierra Vista! We were there for a military function at Fort Huachuca and this location was perfect. A short drive to the base, local restaurants, Walmart, Planet Fitness, etc. The house itself is beautiful and has everything you should need to be comfortable during your stay. We had additional family members over for dinner a couple of times and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kitchen has big beautiful counters/bar area and the house had plenty of seating for everyone. Bean bag chairs for the little kids; games which we played at the high top table for 6. The patio is super cute and quiet with comfy seating; we got to enjoy a thunderstorm from the patio! The neighborhood is safe and great for taking walks. There is also an office which we didn't use but would be handy if you needed a quiet place to work. Tracy & Doug were very responsive to our questions. This is a newer property to VRBO and I have to say: Well done!

Great property and location
First thing that comes to mind is that the photos don't do this place justice! It's so much more stunning in person. The rooms are well-laid out and the bathrooms are beautiful. The kitchen was great for preparing food and I loved having a grill available. The outdoor seating was a great, peaceful retreat and the neighborhood was quiet. We were close to everything we wanted to do (only 20 minutes from Tombstone). My mom lives near there, so this will be go to spot when we're in town again. I couldn't recommend a property more highly and the property manager was fast to respond.
