Enjoy the tranquil sound of ocean waves lapping the shore while a gentle summer breeze flows throughout every room of this beachfront condo. Every room of this 3rd floor condo opens to a screened lanai with direct views of the crystal sands of Siesta Key beach and the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. From late fall to early spring, you can enjoy lavish sunsets right from your lanai.

This unit is located on the rear corner of the quiet, beachfront building that is ideally located for maximum fun and relaxation. Gated entrance provides added safety and security.

This unit is literally steps from the beach and just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, bike/boat/umbrella rental, fishing charters, live music, a tiki bar and a grocery store. Everything you need for an easy, unforgettable vacation.

We've got you covered. No carrying around a bunch of keys, we provide computerized, digital locks. No lugging chairs to the beach, loungers and beach chairs are provided for you. You'll also enjoy a fully-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, utensils, dishes and cookware.

Beautifully appointed and immaculately clean, the condo has an open plan that joins kitchen, dining and living areas in an easy flow. Fully-equipped kitchen and bathrooms have been updated with granite countertops and all the conveniences of home in about 1,000 square feet.

The unit has two separate, private bedrooms, each with their own en suite, updated bathroom, flat-screen cable TV, ceiling fan, hair dryers, free wifi, and Gulf view with sliding glass doors to the lanai. The master has a king bed and the guest bedroom has two full beds.

The large, serpentine pool is heated year-round. Each unit comes with one covered parking space and extra spots for guest parking. For your convenience, luggage and grocery carts are available right outside the building door and plenty of coin-operated laundry facilities are available on-site.

Nearby Sarasota has all the social and cultural attractions you could desire: Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Mote Marine Aquarium, and The Ringling Brothers Museum of Art are all minutes away. A few miles north is St. Armand s Circle with trendy shopping and lots of great restaurants. You're one hour from Busch Gardens in Tampa. Two hours from Islands of Adventure, Epcot, Disney, and Universal Studios.

A computer and printer are available in the clubhouse for guests to use during office hours for airline boarding pass printing.

Very impressive
Despite the recent hurricanes, the property and the island were in remarkable shape! The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed plus more. The hosts were very quick to respond to messages we sent with questions. We will definitely choose this location for our next girl’s trip to Siesta Key!

The condo was very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. The screened balcony was perfect. We loved the location, steps from the beach. It was nice having chairs on the beach ready for us. I collected shells every day. The coin laundry was very convenient and two doors away. The sofa and beds could use some updating. It was very hot and humid when we stayed the second week in September, but not crowded.

Fabulous beach and location
Siesta Key beach is beautiful!!!! It is my new favorite beach!!! The soft white sand stays cool all day and the ocean was clear. This condo is right on the beach, literally steps away. The lanai spans across the three rooms with doors for each room. Made a good play area for our 3 year old when we were inside. My favorite part was the feeling of community. Waiting in line for chairs, setting up a canopy, and seeing the same friendly faces made for a great vacation.

Everything we need in the PERFECT location
My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The condo is well equipped right up to beach towels and umbrellas, which we were happy to have use of. Kitchen had everything we required. It was very clean and beds and furniture comfortable. One real bonus of this condo is the location. First, proximity to the beach. Further down the beach towards the village condos are set much farther back from the beach shore, so if you want to run back up to your unit, it’s very convenient here. It is also walking distance to restaurants, bars, and small grocer. Siesta Key Village is just a few min by car, we actually appreciated being in a bit quieter area. Owners were very responsive. Check in was a breeze. They are very thorough on info given to make your stay an easy one. Our first visit won’t be our last. Mid 80s, sun, sugar white beaches. Perfect! Already planning our next return.

We loved the location and the condo. It was well stocked with several things that you don’t expect, i.e. beach toys, cooler, beach towels. The management at the property was very helpful. The beach was beautiful. The property is close to everything but not slammed. We will definitely stay with our hosts again!

Great Location and Unit
We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it to everyone. The unit was clean and had almost anything you need. There is only one elevator but we never had to wait very long for it. The beach itself is amazing and other than Aruba, the best one we’ve been to. The sand never gets hot. The only negative is the chair claiming process in the mornings. It is a rat race and arguments did occur a couple of times. This is out of the owners control though. We look forward to returning soon.

Loved the location since it was within walking distance to restaurants, bars and ice cream. The screened lanai and the view were amazing! Just a few problems, 2 out of the 3 TV's did not work consistently and mattresses in one of the bedrooms were not comfortable. However, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

My husband an I really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was clean and cute and you can't beat the location. It is on the beach, walkable to bars, restaurants and shops . Communication with owners was very good. We will definitely stay here again.

We love the location on SK. Walkable yo many things plus trolley pick up to village. Easy in and out driving. Fantastic beach that is so close to the condo! The beach service available is great and we utilized an umbrella for the week. We will bc coming back next year.

What a great location! The condo was clean & had everything listed. A short drive the Siesta Key Village. A must to go to is the Daiquiri Deck great service, food & drinks. We had no issues but the owners checked in with me before our stay and during to make sure everything was okay. Parking spots are ideal for compact cars so if you have a large vehicle it’s a snug fit. The beach was kept clean along with security patrolling. I definitely recommend!!

It was an awesome place!
Unfortunately, Hurricane Ian came through and we had to evacuate after 3 days. The condo was great and well furnished. I would definitely rebook the same condo if we go back to Siesta Keys.
