Enjoyed the property, the owners were very easy to work with and have all the extras that if you fly in are very helpful. From beach chairs, pool floats , Bikes and hair dryer and shampoo. All very helpful. If I had to pick anything bad it would just be that the 3 rd floor is a lot warmer than the rest of the house but it was in mid 90s all week for us. And my kids didn’t complain. We loved the distance to everything all areas where walkable.

This property was absolutely perfect. Perfect location, beautiful, clean, with so much to offer. Our teens LOVED the loft. We could not have asked for a better location. Short walk to both the beach and the village (also includes a pool). They have all the beach necessities chairs, cooler, wagons, umbrella, etc. The owners knew we were all celebrating a milestone birthday this year and left us champagne with birthday glasses, very sweet. We had the best time here Siesta Key Village. The house was in the perfection location to the beach and the Village. The manager always answered all text immediately (we didn’t have any troubles in the house just a few questions about things). The house was able to fit 6 adults and 2 kids under 2 perfectly. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your house it was a pleasure and we will be back.

The townhouse was in a wonderful area and all of us had plenty of room to have our personal spaces. Garage was huge. I have only one complaint and that was there is no outside hose to wash off sand. It was hard to comply with no sand in the house when you can’t wash it off! But the owner said they would be fine and the cleaners would take care of it. Very nice and huge townhome with all the amenities. Even came with a new coffee pot STAT when ours wasn’t working correctly.

Great Location close to Siesta Key Beach Access 9 & The Village!
The Property was clean, well-appointed & the Owners were prompt in answering any questions we had, prior to & after arrival. It was a great Location! Close to Siesta Key Public Beach Access 9 & also The Village! We rented Bikes, but the Unit also had 4 they provided along w anything you can think of that you'd need at the Beach....which comes in handy when you are flying vs driving! They also allowed us to check in early, which was great since we landed early afternoon. We would definitely rent this Property again....we had 7 people & it accommodated us all perfectly!

Had a wonderful time. The place was just as described. Beautiful. Location was wonderful. A short walk to the beach, and a short walk to the village to all the restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Really didn't need a car. We used it only to and from airport and to meet friends in Sarasota a couple of times. The house had EVERYTHING! From beach chairs, to umbrellas, floats, towels and more towels, EVERYTHING! It was clean and comfortable. Loved sitting on the kitchen/dining room deck every morning and evening. The roof deck was fun too. People in the complex were all so nice. We ended every beach day at the pool. The few times I reached out to the owners with any questions they were very responsive. They even made great suggestions on what we shouldn't miss before leaving for home. I can't say enough good things about the place and the owners. The stairs and upstairs area were carpeted. It was so quiet walking around there, other than that very interesting woodpecker like bird who loved to knock knock in the morning :0 Hope to rent again and again there in the future. My friends loved it so much they all changed their flights to stay an extra night.

The house was very similar to the listing. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was very well stocked. We really enjoyed the beach supplies and they were in very good condition. We loved the location with a short walk to the beach and downtown. We would definitely come back here again.
