This remodeled cottage, 733 sq.ft. is waiting to win you over with its abundant charm and tasteful interior. This townhouse features 1 bedroom with a Queen sized bed and 2 full baths; also, there is a Queen Murphy bed which can be pulled down in the lounge area, a new kitchen with granite counter tops.
Sleeps maximum of 4 guests.
During High Season (February - April ) we rent from Saturday - Saturday exclusively. No exception
Holidays: 3 night minimum.
NO pets! No smoking! No parties!
During your stay at this cottage, you're just a quick walk from Siesta Key Beach. 2 bathrooms and a washing machine are available in the cottage.

Great place
Wonderful little place. Great for a couples getaway. Just across the street from the beach. The area is great. Walking distance to food, shopping, an nite life. The pool is shared, so i felt as if im intruding in someones space because the pool is behind the other cottage. Other than that , its great. Would recomend to others, and will come back!

Lovely Cottage
This beach cottage was lovely. Clean, well-appointed, and in a very nice neighborhood. Short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this cottage for a couple or small family.

Great location
This property has many positives. The location was great. It was close to the beach and walking distance to town. The inside of the property was clean, well cared for, updated and quaint. The exterior and grounds need some work. Shared pool was odd because you were basically using someone else’s pool. So we didn’t use it. The outside furniture was old and cushions were dirty. Outside maintenance is definitely needed.
