Large Provencal House with Pool in Signes

The villa is situated in the outskirts of the village (300 m to the village square). The garden, enclosed by fences and portal gates, contains several terraces including one covered with BBQ, a roof terrace and a swimming pool 9.5x4.2 m with automatic cleaning. The pool is maintained by our French caretaker. The house (370 msq ) was built in 1966 and renovated over time. Ground floor: Beautiful hall with guest toilet and stairs to the upper floor. A large fully equipped kitchen with open fireplace. A living/dining room with access to a terrace.At the northern end of the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a dbl.-bed and one with two single beds and two baby-beds. Between the two bedrooms is a bathroom with tub. Upper floor: Here there are five bedrooms, three with dbl.-beds, one with a single and one with two single beds. There are access to the roof terrace from two of the bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, both with tub and a room washing machine.

Large house in quiet country side
We were a large family group of 11 adults between the ages of 20 and 65. The property is in a quiet small village with 2 bakeries and a supermarket, as well as a very small fresh produce market on Thursday and Saturday mornings, all within walking distance ( about 6/7 min). You absolutly need a car as the bus no longer comes to the village and everything is a driving along country roads. Closest beach 30 min, Marseilles about 45 min, other smaller very nice coastal towns about the same. The property is well equipt in the kitchen as well as several umbrellas for shade and plenty of outdoor cushion pads for the sunlounges. The pool is slightly over clorinated, bring old swimmers as you will wear out your swimwear fast. Within the outdoor gardens there are several intertaining options as well as inside the property. Unfortunatly the property was not as clean as is resonable to expect, particuliarly in this price bracket, perhaps it had been emptry for a few weeks and we had to get the vacuum out on arrival to deal with dust and webs. The owner does have a electrical charger in the garage but will not allow you to use it, the village charger is expensive and we would suggest the owner to install a meter and charge close to actual cost price. All over we had a very good time and the property is suitable for large groups that still want some of their own space in between, you can explore the area or equaly stay put for days and just enjoy the pool, gardens.

Maison agréable. Reste fraîche malgré la chaleur extérieur. La literie serait à revoir. Le lave vaisselle devrait être changé il ne lave rien. Nous faisions la vaisselle à la main. De la lumière au niveau de la pergola serait apprécié. L’extérieur est très agréable.

Great house, wonderful village
Photos on the site do not do the house and the village justice. We found both nicer than we expected. Shops and restaurants are at walking distance. The village was very lively and beautiful.

Exelent week-end entre amis
Location trés spacieuse et bien équipée, idéale pour un séjour entre amis. Les chambres sont bien indépendantes, la pièce à vivre et la cuisine sont grandes. Les terrasses sont trés agréables. Enfin la piste permet de passer un bon séjour au bord de l'eau. Location bien situé à proximité de la mer et du massif de la Sainte Baume.

Eine Wohnung mit viel Platz
Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern dort . Am besten hat uns der Pool gefallen, der auch regelmäßig vom Poolmann gereinigt wurde . Die Grillstelle war auch super. Die Küche verfügt über einen großern Kühlschrank und Eisdruhe. Parkmöglichkeit für 4 Pkws auf dem umzäunten Grundstück . Einrichtung des Hauses im älteren Stil.
