Mountain and valley views from the living room and deck. Fully-equipped kitchen has stainless appliances and kitchen bar that seats 2. Dining room table seats 6. Living room has comfortable seating, flatscreen, gas fireplace, free cable and WiFi. Community grill and picnic table in the outdoor courtyard area. The Treehouse clubhouse has an indoor pool, 3 hot tubs, sauna, racquetball court and coin-operated laundry facilities. The clubhouse also has a game room with pool table, air hockey and ping pong. Outside there's a tennis court and a playground.

Parking

In the winter, it's just 20 minutes to Keystone, Copper Mountain or Loveland, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 35 minutes to Breckenridge or Vail. Only 5-7 minutes to the Silverthorne Factory Outlets, restaurants, brewpubs, breweries, coffee and City Market in Dillon.

Walk out your door and across the street to find the paved rec path for walking or biking and National Forest Trails. Hike the trails in the summer and cross country or snowshoe them in the winter. The free Summit Stage bus stop is just at the end of the drive and can connect you to all resorts and towns.
