Uusi listaus! Nauti upeasta perhelomasta esillä olevassa Silverthorne Cliff House -huoneistossa, kauniissa Summitin maakunnassa! Tämä yksityinen vuoristokoti voisi olla kotisi poissa kotoa! Kiinteistöä on hiljattain päivitetty kolmella erillisellä oleskelualueella; biljardipöytä; takka ja induktioväli. Pitkän hauskan päivän jälkeen voit nauttia autotallien ja oman yksityisen porealtaan. Kiinteistö nukkuu jopa 14 vuoteen. Tule nauttimaan henkeäsalpaavista panoraamanäkymistä!

Sijaitsee kätevästi hiihtokeskuksissa: Keystone (6. 1mi); A-allas (11 mi); Loveland (11 mi); Kupari (9,5 ml); Breck (10 mi); Vail / Beaver Creek (36 mi). Minuutin päässä City Marketista, Whole Foodsista, Safewaystä, Wal-Martista, Targetista, Outlet Mallista, BB&B: stä, REI: sta sekä monista ravintoloista ja pankkitoiminnasta.

Colorado Ski Trip Stay

Spacious home was perfect for our family ski trip! The kitchen was adequately supplied as our family likes to cook. This home has lots of areas for the kids to spread out in; ideal if you have teenagers. Hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes. The beds were very comfortable & the views were stunning. We did have a minor incident but the owners responsed promptly. We would stay again!

Great spot for many people

We had 3 families stay and there was plenty of room for 6 adults and 6 children. Large spacious family area, theatre room for kids with play loft and another media area downstairs. Kitchen was nice and had all we needed.

Perfect for families

I have never submitted a review and I have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties. This property was great! We had a party of 11, ages 12-70, and everyone enjoyed this house. The main living area is spacious and allows for large gatherings. The beds were clean and comfortable. There are thermostats in every bedroom which we loved! The hot tub is oversized, clean and easy to use. All 11 of us showered and we had no issues with hot water. I believe this is listed as 3 baths but there is an additional shower located in the laundry room/ 1/2 bath area which we found very helpful when we were all trying to get ready at the same time. The kitchen has everything you could possibly ask for and more! The 2 car garage is oversized and there is plenty of room for skis, boots, boards, etc. We chose to ski at Breckenridge which was about a 20-30 minute drive - super easy drive with what I would think is a normal amount of traffic. I agree with others that 4-wheel drive is a must if you are renting in the winter. The only thing we would have changed was that we would have liked a posted trash schedule. We missed trash day and didn’t realize it until after the trucks had run. I would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful

House was beautiful and well taken care of. It had everything we needed and more. Very close to the grocery store and other shopping. Convenient to a nice park as well. We enjoyed our stay!

The property was accurately advertised. I enjoyed staying here with my family. The amenities were very nice. Location was only 25 mins from Breck. The hot tub was not ready the first night but they came out the next day. Atleast they communicated that to me. The rooms were nice, the kitchen was great. Nice views. Overall had everything we needed.

This property is listed as no pets allowed however there was dog hair everywhere and not just a little bit of dog hair the whole house had it everywhere!! 2 of the dining room table chairs were broke, the blanket in the master bedroom was ripped and then duct taped, the hot tub was not filled and I was promised there would be a Christmas tree and decorations but there weren't any which added another expense on top of an already VERY expensive cabin rental.

No pets

The house was wonderful. We didn’t have any pets with us but there was a lot of pet hair in the master bedroom and closet carpet it attached to ski pants when they touched the floor. Everything else was fine, liked the location and neighborhood. Would definitely recommend your property. Happy New Year.

Experience / Organization needed

Got to house on time, and the cleaning crew told me it would be another hour or so because of late checkout of previous guests. I should have been notified and I could have notified my guests so they did just have to drive around. Dishwasher didn’t work, was told repair would be there first night, showed up next day but the repair was completed. Kitchen very unorganized, NO TRASH BAGS, just a few rolls of toliet paper. No dishwashing liquid. I have rented several VRBO’s and other properties. This one could be nicer if house was organized more friendly - for guests. Suggested minor labeling for kitchen, a list of amenities we can expect to find in the house (toliet paper, trash bags, paper towels) etc. If you know what to expect it would let you know what to bring. I understand the Parking issue with the neighbors so that is sad. It was nice to make sure it is understood. Heated floors were a nice surprise. House could be a great rental but left me wanting more info. Repair came out for dishwasher was a very nice guy who worked quickly and then left. Your guest book needs some work, the email about what to do was lacking a lot of details for someone who has never visited Silverthorne. I was familiar with the area but you could have really put together a nice book reflecting restaurants in the area, grocery stores, what to do in the area. Some of these things will come with experience and ask renters what their thoughts were. That is your customer base and will make for a successful VRBO. Would I rent this one again, probably not at this point nor would I recommend. Maybe in the future when some of the issues are worked out. Thanks for the opportunity to share with you. Having rented several times I feel I have a pretty good handle on my expectations and you just didn’t meet them at this time.

Beautiful property

We loved this property. It was gorgeous inside and out and was the perfect size for the amount of people we had with us (14). The house was clean and well appointed. We appreciated the fact that there was a snowblower in the garage as there was a huge snowstorm while we were there. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to rent a larger house in the Silverthorne area.

Beautiful, clean home

The home was in great shape, clean, and very comfortable. The neighbors were horrible. Nowhere in our arrival instructions did it say not to park on the street, and there are no signs saying such. Within 2 hours of arrival, we had one car on the street, and the neighbors called the police, and property management. Once the police arrived, neighbors called in a noise complaint because we were moving cars. They clearly are not happy their neighbor is a rental. Overall great stay though.
