We fully enjoyed our stay at 30 Bencoolen. The facility, front desk and cleaning staff were outstanding. They responded to and accommodated any issues we had. I only wish they would have resumed their dining and happy hour services they had previous to the pandemic. We will most surely consider staying here again when we return to Singapore.

Great location, easy access to buses and trains. Easy to get to and from airport. There were some sheets that had some spots on them. When I asked the night staff about transport to the airport in the morning or if it's busy in the morning with checkout they had no clue which wasn't great when planning for getting a flight

This was relatively expensive for a basis no frills hotel. The gym was tiny. The pool area had only about 8 sunbeds - all snapped up in no time at all.

One of the best hotel I highly recommended
The location of this hotel is very closed to Bencoolen, Bras Basah and Dhoby Ghaut MRTs, within a few minutes walking distance. I enjoyed staying at the hotel very much, the staffs at lobby reception were great and they are very helpful, always attentive to my inquiries and requests. Room is very clean and quiet, bed is super comfortable. I definitely will stay here again as my preferred hotel in Singapore.
