The room is way over priced, it felt like I was paying Exmouth hotel prices and nothing else, I’m sorry to say this about a resort but I can’t lie about this.

Good location; aircon not great
We were upgraded to 1-bed suite. Room size was good, but aircon was not effective so sleeping was compromised by room being too hot. Kitchen did not have enough basic stuff, so only 2 mugs, 2 water glasses and 2 small breakfast bowls - not even a tea towel! Shower was good. Location was fine - SGD 20-30 taxi-ride from airport, 5 minute walk to Rocher metro station, many local Indian restaurants (Apollo over the road was OK for us) and a few other cuisines if you look (eg Japanese Okonomiyaki street food within 5 mins walk). 24 hour reception was a bonus, as simplified getting a taxi.

I chose this hotel to do rest of my shopping. Very convenient I didn’t had to worry about the transportation. Safe to walk around even after midnight. Staff weren’t helpful. We had to carry our luggage to the room by ourselves. Bathroom had molds needs to be cleaned and mattress cover seems like wasn’t changed as it had lots of stains and looked dirty. Otherwise, spacious room I booked the club room.

Room was spacious and clean. Built-in kitchen was handy. Location was convenient for transport or within walking distance to many attractions and shops. Bugis is one main shopping district which is very close. Drinking water machine was a plus, saved some money and avoided bottled water mostly. A lot of good dining options were near by.

Building work from 7am which was not good as I was holiday but still working at night due to the time difference from the uk and to top it off the toilet was making a horrible noise I did tell the house keeping which came and said you only here for 2 days it’s okay no good

I simply couldn’t fault it. All the staff I dealt with were kind and helpful. The room lacked for nothing. Rochor metro station was five minutes level walk away. For people who like to walk, many places are easily accessible on foot. Many, many dining and fast local food places close by. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat if ever I was back in Singapore. My five nights/ four days here went by too quickly.
