Great location after a long flight - 10 minutes walk/skyway train from terminal 1. Room all clean and good facilities. Only minor down point was lack of seating around the pool area

The hotel is very convenient for early mornings flight. Very nice, clean and spacious with tons of dining and shopping options before your flight. The water filter inside is such a good idea and eco friendly. Ideally the toilet area has its own door. I didn’t like the fact we had to book 2 rooms for 3 of us.

Amazing hotel for our 1 night stay. They had excellent amenities and they made sure they didn’t forget it was our honey moon! Room was clean and it had good sound proof. Very close to everything in Jewel.

An aging property in need of a refresh in the room... Bathroom sink had faucet spraying by design like a shower head which constantly splashes off the tiny shallow bowl sink wetting the floor...

Lovely and convenient

I had a fantastic experience at Crowne Plaza Changi. The hotel kindly allowed me an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated after a long flight. While waiting, the staff in the restaurant were incredibly accommodating and made me feel welcome. The service was excellent, and the convenience of the location can’t be beaten. Highly recommend!
