Good location, good service
Good location close to the centre and to Orchard. Hotel is basic but has everything that one needs. Personnel are very friendly. On my checkout day, my flight was very late. Leo at the reception offered me a clean room to change and take a shower free of charge.

This is my 3rd time staying with this property and it always amazes me how the property is conveniently located...the MRT blue line is just across the street, Bras Basah line is a block away, one of the best Roti Prata in Singapore is just 2 blocks away and its in a quite road yet in the middle of everything. I highly recommend this property and looking forward to staying again and again.

Our 3rd stay here, great location, great staff.
Every hotel review has to account for the cost of the stay. Hotel Mi hit our sweet point between facilities, room size & location. Very close to MRT, lots to do in immediate area. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are extremely polite and attentive, really nice people. They arranged a late checkout for us (13:00) at no extra cost, stored our baggage & offered shower room before we head off to airport. This was our third stay here & we’ll most likely stay here again when we next visit Singapore. I’ll leave you to decide if that’s a recommendation…

Very convenient (30 min walking distance) to museums, the Bayfront, the Harbour Front, Fort Canning Park and the Singapore MRT stations. Living here can save a ton of money if you ride the MRT (subway system -- superclean, efficient and on-time) instead of hailing taxis or Uber-like ride-share services.

This was our first visit in Singapore, so this was a great first timer hotel for us. Upon entering, the staff was very friendly checking us in and made us feel welcomed. Check in was simple and they gaveus east directions to the room. There is a gym and pool as well as a nice little coffee shop next door. Across the street, there is a money exchange, a 7-11, a food hall and other options. The best part is that the MRT is literally right at the corner about a minute walk from the hotel. The hotel sits in a very convenient location that is within distance from many sightseeing areas. The rooms are quite small, but cozy. They have everything you need. Plus side was the mini fridge! The restroom is perfect as well. The area outside is safe and clean and the inside is super clean and not worn down. Overall, amazing hotel, staff and stay. Thank you Hotel Mi Bencoolen!

This was a good hotel. We thought it was overpriced but we were there during the Formula 1 Racing. The location was good and it was quiet. I wish they provided hand towels. A vet good breakfast was included

Location is perfect. If you're a visitor that likes to explore outside the hotel then this is the perfect place to leave you're things, take a shower and rest. I personally don't like yellow, but it adds a lively vibe to this place. Lobby smells sooo good too. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is a bit small if you're tall, but it is clean and have filter drinking water. I really enjoyed staying a week in this hotel.
