Lovely staff
We had a lovely and short stay at this hotel. The staff was warm and friendly so we felt welcomed right away. The young woman who was at the front desk when we checked out ordered our taxi and made sure we had everything we needed as we headed back to the airport. We look forward to a future stay at this lovely location.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Appreciate the drinking water filter they installed in the bathroom. We also enjoyed the mall that was connected to the hotel.

I’ve stayed at JEN Tanglin 3 times and as long as it keeps its standards, I will continue to choose this place. One MRT station from Orchard. Super convenient! The Tanglin Mall is next door for anything you’ve forgotten to pack. Love Singapore’s shopping experience!
