I have no issue with the price. I like the room that I booked, which is deluxe room. On gg maps, it's said 10-15 mins walk to the mall and mrt, but actually it's more like 20-30 mins walk in real life. But I think other hotels with this price range are all the same, so it's acceptable. What I don't like is the front desk staffs seem cold, beside that, during check-in, they asked me if I like bathtub or standing, while my booking was clearly bathtub, and I even type it again on the special request. After I repeat, they said that bathtub had to wait 2-3 hrs, we tired so we said standing is ok. The staff gave me the key card, said this room is free upgrade. But when I saw the room, it was bad, smaller and uglier. So I went back immediately, said I want the room I booked, no need upgrade. They gave me my room on the spot, with out waiting, much better than the upgraded room. So it's a bit shady here that they told me I have to wait, and told me I got free upgrade. Feel like they tried to trick me to stay in the room they want instead of my booking room....

Lovely hotel. Good location. The only issue was they did not want to accept cash and were told that was all we had at that time the customer service dropped quickly to the point of almost being quite rude.

4 day visit
We booked a Premier room for our 4 day stay at the Vibe Orchard. We checked-in and headed to our room only to find a very small, poorly decorated and unwelcoming facility. There was very little clothes hanging and storage space, certainly not enough for two people for 4 nights. The bathroom was adequate albeit small and unappealing. We checked with reception that we had been allocated a Premier room and were assured that we had, we were a little disappointed. The hotel amenities were okay but limited. The pool area was clean and tidy. The breakfast area was chaotic at times with a limited number of seating. Although we could choose where to sit, not allocated seating, it did mean that individuals and couples were sitting at tables prepared for 4 people or more. This meant that tables very quickly became limited.
