This place is a joke. I booked a king room they gave me a twin, I said I was an Expedia gold member I was told Expedia tiers mean nothing. Further there was no soap in the room, also when I asked for soap no one picked up the phone. They also kept on telling me I need to check the toilet for soap when they picked up after 30mins of calling non stop at midnight. In the end turned out that forgot to put toiletries in and then the next morning they forgot to call me for my wake up alarm and I almost missed my flight This place is a scam and a joke to get money out of travelers who need a place to spend a night in Singapore. Avoid at all costs.

It was good stay but takes 20 minutes to go to the airport by shuttle or by taxi. I must have left a personal medical device in my room when I left on September 12th for SFO, and if the Housekeeping found it, please email or call me as you had promised and tell me if the device was found in Room 759 on September 11th.

I those the hotel because of a free shuttle. But we could not use it neither way, on arrival, there was not a shuttle all afternoon and on departure the first shuttle was at 8am and did not stop at terminal 4 which we needed. Otherwise I called the hotel for info ahead of checking , first time nobody picked the phone , second time they were not to helpful. Hotel has a nice design but it is run down, the outside walls need painting desperately. It is far from the airport so it is not an airport hotel as listed. For the price, $200, per night is was a poor deal.

Comfortable and clean, with helpful, friendly staff. It's a little further away from the airport that I'd been led to believe but still reasonably close and the free shuttle is a little limited to be any use ( ever hour, between 9 and 5), as we arrived after 5pm and needed to be at the airport before 9 on leaving.The complimentary welcome drinks turned out to be a sugary soft drink but these are my only critisms.

The toilet needs to have a serious upgrade. Almost fell onto the bath tub after shower because it`s so slippery. No floor matt is the worse part. Almost fell on the floor again after coming out from the bath tub. Can't imagine myself, if my head to hit the side of the bath tub. Moreover, the curtain is so stink, unbeliavably smelly. Staff - staffs are great except the lady at the night when I checked in at 8.50ish pm. Told her I need to book a taxi to airport at 4am. She said no need to book, you can come down next morning and a staff can help you to get a taxi. After the next morning at 4am, went down and a staff at the counter was asking me if I have a booking? Got so bloody pissed off. Told him, you colleague the lady told me that I don't need to book. And the concierge then tried to get a taxi and it took a while and he asked me to use grab on my phone instead. Huh? I then proceed with his suggestion better than arguing further coz I cannot miss the flight. Luckily he got a taxi and asked me to cancel the grab. Duty manager - rang out many times with no answer. Pathetic! Out of all the Far East Group Hotels, this is the worst hotel I ever stayed.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over t years, and always found it very relaxed. After the city, a few days at the beach before flying home is what the Dr ordered
